This firm are conmen,avoid like the plague.
Purchased a ninja cooker never arrived could get no contact and emails not replied back.

Like most reviews on here I ordered an air fryer from Shoppingrate. Charged 196. Paid to Hagel. Fryer not received. Tried to make contact with Shoppingrate. Emails bounce back and phone number not answered. I have reported same to my bank and to Which. I urge all on here to report this scam.

Absolute scam. Promises promises, then no fridge freezer, no contacts, no replies to emails. Whilst the parent company exists on Companies House and the quoted address exists, it is a firm of accountants. Shoppingrate address is an apparently empty unit at the quoted address. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Scam, just like the other reviews said.

Wish I checked here first, the site is a scam site. It's gone now too so no hope of getting that money back

I bought a ninja air fryer 2weeks ago and still not received it !
Text and emailed 6 times but still no replies !
I need urgent reply as to where my air fryer is please!

Like many others,I ordered a fridge freezer.Told 7 working days for delivery.After 10 days I emailed,phoned and left messages to both contact numbers on website.Nothing ever answered,no goods delivered!Money taken from credit card instantly.Now put purchase in the hands of my credit card company,to gain refund.Site looks and acts legit,but that's where it ends.Waitinf for refund from my credit card,but told it may take 8 weeks!Avoid like the plague and read all the negative reviews on Trustpilot.You have been warned!!

Do not order from this company! It is a scam company. I ordered a Ninja Airfryer which never arrived. I couldn’t go in the website and can’t contact by email either. I called my bank and was told they will ask for the money from the company and if they can’t get it back then they Visadebit will refund my money.

How are websites like these allowed to advertise and
take peoples money and NOT deliver the goods.
I ordered a air fryer on 25th March 2023 and cannot contact by 'phone or email. Surely something can be done to stop them??????

Do not buy from this website. Item not shipped. Website down. Contact info not available. No way to contact company.

Reported to my bank as a scam and have been refunded.

This company , I think part of Hagel Trade London as they are noted as having taken my money have no place selling on the internet, if they are a company at all.
I ordered a fridge/freezer 17th March 2023 which has still not arrived despite it being supposedly sent on the 21st March. Not able to communicate with company as email contact and telephone contact goes to a dead site or phone number as does the one to Hagel.
Have raised the issue with my Credit Card administrator and hopefully will be refunded.

Like a few reviews i have just read we purchased a ninja air fryer for £196.00 and never arrived. tried the email address and now not deliverable. tried the phone numbers and not working. This is definitely a scam website. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

Air Fryer has not arrived. Tried emailing but it is coming back undeliverable. Wish I had checked out Trust Pilot before I placed this order - definitely looks like a scam. Have contacted my bank but have to wait another week before I can lodge a Debit card dispute - just hope I can get my money back.

Sadly I to an a victim to this scam company.
Fake e mails,fake shipping paid £196 for a ninja that hasn't arrived 'shock" contacted my bank and thankfully I can do a charge back...don't fall victim to these scammers,a headache I can do without

I so wish I hadn't ordered with this company. I cannot believe I didn't see these reviews before. I bought a Ninja Foodi Max and was told in the acknowledgement email that it would be shipped within 3 business days. 5 business days went by so I called, and emailed, and called and emailed nothing. So I left it a couple more days until today - the site is down and my further emails have bounced back! The payment was taken from a company called Hagel Trade with a single officer appointed of Aleksy Lisowski - he's clearly a crook! I've tried the telephone number of this company also, to no avail. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUY WITH THIS SCAM COMPANY!

No reply to numerous emails, SCAM FRAUD COMPANY.... DO NOT USE... REPORTED TO TRADING STANDARDS... THIS COMPANY DOES NOT EXIST.. THEIVES ONLY

Am only giving them 1 star so I can leave a review, totally fraudulent, rip off company. I don't even believe they have the goods, let alone are able to supply them, it's simply a scam.

We paid for a fridge freezer, which according to them missed delivery for two weeks due to courier problems, they then agreed to a refund, it has not been received. Now having to pursue it through my bank to try to get a refund that way. Do yourself a favour, don't use them, if you want to just lose some money, give it to charity instead...

What a total ripoff … my elderly mother has paid for a fridge freezer. It should have been delivered today but nothing has arrived . She’s paid £270 . I can’t believe all the terrible reviews I’m reading on here regarding this company !! It’s a disgrace and needs to be shut down … they have taken £270 from an old lady struggling to manage her money and couldn’t manage without her fridge freezer !! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !! We have to now contact her bank to try get her money back !!

Do not use this cowboy company. No fridge freezer. No refund of my hard earned money feel sick to my stomach for being so stupid. What has happened to this world for god sake.
