DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ITS A FRAUDULENT SITE.
Paid for a fridge freezer, sent email with delivery tracking, it’s a fake delivery service, transaction on bank statement said Kebostore. Tried contacting them by email and phone, no response.
Entered into a dispute of transaction and they responded to my bank that they don’t sell electronic items and they suggested my bank check my account for other fraudulent activity.
I then contacted my bank who escalated it to the fraud department as they agreed with me that they thought it sounded like a scam.
Fridge freezer still on its way apparently

I ordered an appliance from Gillsmart at the beginning of August and have not heard anything so far despite raising a complaint . They are scammers don’t use them .

Ordered a fridge, Never came and no way of contacting them. Pure scam. Unbeleivable that google still let them advertise

I can't believe I just got scammed bought a washing machine in July 24 meant to be delivered on the 14th of August...upto now the machine hasn't been delivered

Don’t even deserve 1 star… paid for fridge freezer with a delivery date. Date has gone and when I re looked at the website it warned me they had been reported for PHISHING!!!!
Avoid like the plague…. These reviews was not on here when I ordered my item…

SCAM SCAM SCAM - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Like everyone else has stated this is a scam company. The cheek of them! Google are also at fault for putting their products in the top search category. So now I’m £230 down and raising a dispute with my bank. Bang out of order and karma will certainly come for you.

I had ordered a washing machine 31st July. It should have been delivered since 14th August. I have emailed several times and no response. What do I do? I haven't received the washing machine to date?

Do not buy anything from this company it is totally a scam.I can’t believe I got scammed as I am so careful, that how good their web site is, so convincing I bought a fridge freezer it never arrived send an email no reply phone numbers are switched off.The company is a complete scam.

Yes, a complete scam. Luckily my bank refunded me. Avoid.

I ordered a fridge for £150 .delivery date due was today now am trying to track and email that's when I realised it's a scam.

Ordered and paid for fridgefreezer 24th July, seemed legit. However delivery 6th August didn't happen. Emailed 3 times, no response! Stay well clear. Have to now wait 30 days before Bank will refund. Nightmare.

Absolute scam. Do not buy from. The email will never send to them and phone numbers do not work!!

Tumble dryer purchased 27th July. Order confirmed and notice of dispatch for 6th August. Item never received. Tried to contact emails for gillsmart and delivery company bounced back. Checked out all details online all fake. Gutted we got conned as we are a small charity and can't afford to loose the money or purchase another one. Google need to take some responsibility for advertising them as we purchased through a Google ad. Will be reporting to trading standards as need stopping.

I’ve brought a washing machine for £165 off Google Adds got the receipts and delivery dates et cetera did not arrive tried contacting them which is impossible. Reported to my bank and five minutes later they refunded my money I paid by credit card , horrible scamming people
