I would put 0 stars, if I could. This is a scam. I ordered $98 worth of seeds in August 2025. "Tracking" shows my purchase of Pennsylvania native plant seeds shipping from CHINA, and being "delivered"... See more

Never received seeds actual seeds. I got seeds but they were fake and couldn’t get refund. I wish I hadn’t spent 300 dollars at this scam website. 0 stars
China SCAMMER - Buyer Beware
Scam.
Lied on Customs declaration. Seedfella do not use retail commercially sealed packaging / treated commercial grade products.
Wait a few days as well send your details to our shipping team.
Follow up, “outside of our returns period” response. No response since.
Edit - 27.10.25 -
Dear Sir/mam
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We understand your concern regarding the seeds received. (They weren’t, empty packaging arrived.)
Please be assured that we take such matters very seriously. Our team has double-checked the shipment before dispatch, and we have also reconfirmed with our supplier. As per their feedback and our own verification, the correct and best quality seeds were sent to you.
At our end, we always strive to deliver 100% satisfaction to our customers. However, we currently do not have seed images available as the supplier did not provide them. We rely on their expertise and consistent quality checks.
We kindly request you to consider this explanation. If there’s any further assistance we can provide, we are happy to support in any possible way within our limits.
Thank you for your understanding.
Your return request was declined because we only accept items that are returned within the time limit of our return policy.

No.
This is not accepted.
Your supplier can’t provide images / verify.
This does not finalize the fact I have not received goods I’ve paid for.
- Incorrectly / falsely documenting customs declaration forms.
- No commercial / retail grade packaging.
If the items met “standards” they would not have been intercepted & distorted by Australian Customs.
I have not received goods ive paid. Therefore our agreement is NOT fulfilled.
Refer to images I’ve sent!
I would put 0 stars
I would put 0 stars, if I could. This is a scam. I ordered $98 worth of seeds in August 2025. "Tracking" shows my purchase of Pennsylvania native plant seeds shipping from CHINA, and being "delivered" to the Billing, not Shipping, address over a month later. It wasn't delivered to either. Emails are replied to in broken English with reference to the "delivery." Do not buy anything from this place.
Total Scam seed was never delivered
Total Scam seed was never delivered , they kept saying that it was delivered to the wrong address,
Finally admitted that they had cancelled the order and would refund and never did.
Scam
Scam company
Scam company. Had no idea it was Chinese company until order was placed. Believed it was in Victoria. One month later no sign of a delivery which were for seeds. Unlikely to get through customs anyway.
Do not be fooled as I was
Advertised as 4 leaf clover
Advertised as 4 leaf clover. Wanted for a art project. All standard clover. Also from China which is not as advertised. Would not trust them again and would give 0 stars if I could. Do not buy from them!

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS - SCAM
Never received product, the company has no record of the purchase... they managed to take the money though
Misleading in every way and potential biosecurity issue
The Russian sage seeds arrived in packet with contents marked as a key chain from China. Misleading bio security issue here! Packet asserts all kind of good environmental things to promote trust in the product which I doubt. Very expensive too. Do NOT buy from this company!
SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE
Bad customer experience
I'm in Australia and thought this site was Australian as there was an 'au' in the URL, but that is not correct. When I realised they were in another country I tried twice to cancel the expensive order but they intentionally misunderstood my requests and sent it anyway. I'm sure the seeds will be denied at customs.
I do not recommend this site.
Placed an order in April
Placed an order in April. Have not received the order yet. They keep sending me tracking information saying the order was deliver. I keep telling them that I have not received it. Do not order from this company. They are a scam
A packet of seeds arrived from seedfella.com
A packet of seeds arrived from seedfella.com, I hadn’t ordered them. Assume this is so they can then write a glowing review in my name. It is a scam. Do not buy.
Seedfella are scammers and thieves.
I ordered seeds over a month ago and haven't received them yet. I've sent lots of letters. No response. They are scammers and thieves.
Be aware of Seeds from Seedfella, not allowed to get in Australia
I recently bought seeds from this website, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. As a customer in Australia, I expected the seeds to come from an Australian warehouse. Instead, they were shipped from China without any clear indication of origin on the product page.
To make things worse, the package was misleadingly labeled as a “Key Chain” instead of seeds. This raised red flags with Australian Customs, and as a result, my seeds were seized and I received an official notice explaining what happened.
This lack of transparency about product origin and the misleading description makes the business look dodgy and untrustworthy. Customers deserve honest product information, especially when it comes to international shipping and customs regulations.
I would strongly suggest Seed Fella update their listings to clearly state the country of origin and use accurate product descriptions. That way, customers can make an informed decision and avoid situations like mine.
Ordered Twedia seeds and received wrong seeds 30 days after order…
Ordered Twedia seeds and received something different. As the seeds arrived longer than 7 days after I ordered them, they do not accept refunds. A total scam from China, stay away. Lost $50 here.
I ordered from them
I ordered from them, they voluntarily canceled my order and refused to refund my money 96usd despite all efforts to remind them they keep giving me excuses.
What a big CON here DO NOT ORDER FROM…
What a big CON here DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! USPS tracking #9400130109355926150548
Just received my order NOT ONLY WAS IT SHORT SEEDS I WAITED WELL OVER A MONTH TO GET THEM. Bougainvillea seed shorted order and there is not 100 seeds in each package. I filed with my credit card company to get my money back and emailed them.
AVOID THESE FAKES
This company should take lessons in honesty.
Had I known it was based in China, I woud have been more scrupulous. The website was UK!
I have ordered seeds which did not arrive, nor do I expect them to.
Avoid these fakes and next time, I'll read the reviews before trusting such a "team"!
Updating this review: My seed packet has just been deliverd empty: it was opened by Bio Security in Melbourne and destroyed! No identifying documentation, so buyers beware of breaking the Australian biosecurity laws.
This company should have known our legislation, but accepted payment anyway.
Very slack, if not totally dishonest!
