Please be assured that we take such matters very seriously. Our team has double-checked the shipment before dispatch, and we have also reconfirmed with our supplier. As per their feedback and our own verification, the correct and best quality seeds were sent to you.
At our end, we always strive to deliver 100% satisfaction to our customers. However, we currently do not have seed images available as the supplier did not provide them. We rely on their expertise and consistent quality checks.
We kindly request you to consider this explanation. If there’s any further assistance we can provide, we are happy to support in any possible way within our limits.

This does not finalize the fact I have not received goods I’ve paid for.
- Incorrectly / falsely documenting customs declaration forms.
- No commercial / retail grade packaging.
If the items met “standards” they would not have been intercepted & distorted by Australian Customs.
I have not received goods ive paid. Therefore our agreement is NOT fulfilled.
