This is a scam shop, I should have known better. They send some unknown seeds and then no matter how you complain they just reply "the seeds we sent you are correct, have a nice day". Pure scam, a good lesson for me for my money.

Receiver the wrong items, not what mentioned in the listing. The description of the item is very misleading making you believe you are buying one thing while they send you completely different items they need to get rid of. Customer service is rude and not helpful at all.
Terrible experience.

Terrible amateur business and customer service is non-existent. Wrong items received and no help given, not even an attempt to fix/help.

Terribly bad company to deal with. The website is "co.uk" so they give impression they are in UK but they are not, they are in China which is nowhere mentioned when you place your order. Shipping takes ages! I spent more than £30 on my purchase, finally received the items of a terrible quality, extremely cheap looking and made and when I wanted to return them they said I have to ship to China at my own cost and they warned me it "will generate high shipping costs" and instead they offered me £5 compensation. So I spent more than £30, I received bad quality goods and now I have to pay for international shipping to return them! What a way to do business. They are blackmailing you with high returning cost forcing you to accept a couple of pounds as a refund so you could let it go.

Extremely unreliable platform. Their customer service is useless, the first response to a complaint is that they have nothing to do with any of it and it is all sellers who are responsible. They won't even try to reassure you they will look into it. They just reply this is not their problem basically. Sellers mark the items fulfilled and dispatched and at this point you can no longer claim a refund. There is no way to know if the items were sent to you, the sellers are just unresponsive. Customer service wash their hands off and blame it on sellers. Sellers are nowhere to find. Money lost.
Horrible experience, wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
