Great product great customer service

Ordering was great and I got nearly immediate replies and assistance to an ordering issue that I had. I wanted to provide feedback because the seeds arrived in a package other that from BestSeeds. They wrapped in silk flower petals in a tiny envelope with no packing slip or indication that it was from you or that it was seeds. It was disconcerting...opening it with no identification. I finally did and was happy to get my seeds but thought that it was important to provide feedback

There is no WhatsApp number for customers

I really loved the packaging and tracking system it is very accurate and for being that far from my home town it was pretty fast. The seeds are amazing looking hope to grow some this coming season. Would buy again in the future, thanks

This company has horrible customer service. They did not deliver the product where it needed to be delivered. They put all the blame on the seller when the blame actually should’ve been put on them. There was no phone calls and no refund. Do not I repeat do not buy from this company. It is based out of China also. The product was returned back to the company per the post office proof was shown with paperwork from the post office and still no refund no call no response. They also have a Facebook page go on it and put your bad reviews on that too #bestseedsonline.

Shipping was very very slow. Never found out where it was shipped from

The instruction are writen in Chinese characters. I think they are writen in mandaring. Now I have to go to the Chinatown so somenone can help me to translate the instructions. Any way thank you for the delivery.

Ladies and Gents. Please do not waste your hard earned money on this scam. The purchases do not materialize and I have been chasing my purchases of $500 for 3 months. They no longer respond and follow up with further scams that extort money for customer duties. Please be warned that the chances of this being a scam is high.

Ordered seeds and never received them Contacted company with no results. They kept insisting seeds were delivered After 45 days and many requests no refund or seeds BEWARE

Very kind and helped me promptly when I needed their support.

It was good, just see what the percentage strikes and true to colour.

Good communication efficient service I purchased fuchsia seeds I will not know until they have germinated if they are true to the advertisement but so far very happy with the purchase and the service
