First... I see al lot of reviews stating that the helpdesk fails. And the do. They take actions on a wrong interpretation of text. The don't give the profile houder (costumer) any change to explain. They just change the data owned by the costumer. When you try to explain they don't listen but act if the are GOD. The site is paid, you can not do this, you have the deliver what is paid for. They ask for a picture but their (old) system is not able to upload. A simple JPG can not be send..... and it is all our fault. Right. Keep thinking like this. For all other members,,,,stay away from helpdesk as much as you can...... If you want to be part of this...... find a better side..... so many people have trouble with helpdesk. Just search for what you want on a big and popular platform using proper filters. We got first results there very quickly within a day of joining while we were still on a free trial. I don't think SDC bothered to set up such thing as a proper free trial. They may call it free, but in fact when you sign up they ask you for your credit card details and I can assure you that they will find a way to charge you for a quarter no matter what.

Offered a 20 day trial and when I created a login, it said trial expired. Absolute con. Chat help didn't care at all. Don't waste your time

we have been on SDC for 2 years as a couple profile,
there are really many unserious.
if you complain about things SDC immediately starts saying you are not allowed to do things and gives warnings without notice,
SDC uses your info and Reads your private messages and uses them against you what you write privately
so we delete all our pictures and videos, because they might use them too
then had a big discussion with them, where they documented a text written privately,
and when they saw I had read their message from the help desk they deleted our paid account, but I probably already had their text they sent, they didn't think I would get it,
because shortly after I got an email that our account was deleted because it was inactive,
it was used everyday and paid until September 2025
so they are both lying and stealing our money.

If you're a couple looking to screen out way too many single guys that want to creep on your profile you really can't do this on SDC. You can screen them out from contacting you on your profile directly but there's ways to get around that. And the commercial advertising is out of control! Your messages end up being mostly people trying to pump their own often useless content. Adult Friend Finder which is not very good is actually better than SDC and that's not saying much for SDC.

One of the worst customer service you will ever come across, arrogant and ignorant. I tried 3 days communicating with them regarding account login issue, and they keep giving me generic replies without even putting an effort to understand the issue, then they are arrogant enough to challenge me to review anywhere and they can answer me back. Well anyone who wants to use their service , can imagine how they will treat you !!!

I was discriminated against me because im black and then i reached out to the(dutch)servicedesk.they told me they wouldnt discuss anything with me and say it was my problem.if you read this sdc (america)i want this problem to be solved a.s.a.p or im making a complaint.Dont trust this website as the service employee is very arrogant and even in the past just deletes your profile .

WOW! Can't understand the negative reviews. We met real couples quickly. It's very focused on Lifestyle couples, which is what we quickly and easily found, leading to meetings and much fun for all.

It only makes sense for those that are interested in Lifestyle connections and information. Male "bulls" and female "unicorns" might get some traction, but I think that most users are looking for other couples.

Pricing is fair and the site is intuitive and easy to navigate.

Once upon a time, this was a great place to meet lifestyle adults. Now it has deteriorated beyond all recognition. It only exists to make money through ads and lots of subscribers, without any check or interest in who they may be.
Looks like the site went downhill when moved from the Netherlands to some US rednecks.
So, during the COVID lockdown, they were running lots of ads for "private" club meetings and parties! And no one would care less. They claimed they were not responsible for what their paying customers did. Imagine how many people might have got infected (or worse) due to their greediness. Since then, they have adopted a very "hands-on" (bullying tactic) in pushing their advertising and "promotions" (for which you cannot block).
As far as fun is concerned, this site is now a place where idiotic single guys and other fantasists would congregate in hopping for a freebie, or for salivating at pics and movies (?). The vibrant atmosphere the site once had is now long gone! It's dead!
Staff would not hesitate to hassle and harass you for whatever reason and steal your money by shutting down your account if you complain! You cannot do anything about it, they'll tell you without hesitation. True scumbag cowboys!
Last but not least, be very very careful with any personal info you list or whom you choose to meet and where. There are some awful predators lurking in there (for which staff will claim they have no responsibility, either) who may even try to blackmail you and cause havoc in your life.
Looks like if you want to meet like-minded adults you should only try clubs, and expect nothing from SDC (well, other than hassle and ads). AVOID!!
