Joyclub Took My Money and Locked Me Out
I paid for a one-month Premium membership, and after less than two weeks, Joyclub blocked my account unless I submitted a video of myself — something never mentioned clearly before purchase.
They refused all reasonable alternatives and denied any refund, despite not providing the full service.
Customer support was completely dismissive and unhelpful.
Very disappointing and feels like a trap for paying users.
I’ve reported them to the German consumer protection agency according to German Consumer Laws.

Really bad site if you dont know german language.I have experience 5 years in this sport and recomandation of others couple with validations.Here you have some sheet coins for speed date and when they are finished you need to pay who do that ?Most of the profile have locked galleries and videos and most germans are really cold in comunication to organize something or give comunication info like telegram,viber or whatsup.I recomended other better sites like spicymatch and stay away from this sheet🖕

The coins offer you a wide range of possibilities - for example for special ClubMail specials or goodies in livestreams. However, there is no obligation to buy coins. You can also use JOYclub without purchasing coins.
The fact that many profiles only share their galleries and videos with selected contacts is important to us, as the protection of privacy is our top priority. Each member decides for themselves with whom they share this content. This function means that personal content is not accessible to everyone and gives each member control over their own data.
We hope that you will still have a positive experience on JOYclub.

Only usable with subscription fee and ID verification, seemingly no active community. Looks like scam.
Like the many comments here, I would agree: Absolutely looks like scam. One cannot contact anyone without paying a considerable subscription fee, and also not see most things without subscription as well as being verified. Now, there is nothing wrong with a verification, but it is explained as "free and anonymous" but then before sending out the just recorded verification video, you are requested to make sure that the ID is clearly visible. To me thus just feels like a super dubious bussiness model and practice with no benefit. On top of it, I did not get the feeling that there is an active community nor nice members there, so people be careful!

The authenticity check serves the safety of all members on JOYclub. It helps to ensure the authenticity of profiles and to keep dubious users away.
The verification process itself is free of charge. All you have to do is record a short video in which you hold your valid photo ID, which will be deleted after verification in accordance with the GDPR. The video will of course not be published or forwarded to third parties.
We understand that the cost of a Premium Membership may not be affordable for everyone. Nevertheless, we allow all members to reply to messages they receive, regardless of whether they have a subscription or not. However, in order to actively contact other members, a paid membership is required.
