I find it very useful and a great reminder of my roles and responsibilities

Shop about for ELearing, their offering is dismale compared to other dedicated e.Learning platforms.
I have had poor reviews from my clients who I supply e.Learning from SmartLog, a high percentage are requesting refunds and I am stuck with a 3 year contract.

Great company to work for, a great work environment, and most importantly, a group of good people.

The system is easy to use and helps keep us up to date with our Health and Safety checks.
We can adapt the checks carried out to make it bespoke.

I hate having to be a user of this product that sees no problem with sending out 2 emails in a row at 4.52 in the morning. I normally leave my notifications on my email to be as responsive as possible to my staff but I now have to change the way I work. I asked to be emailed inside work hours or to be taken off the email list. Nothing was done they clearly could not care less about mine or my staffs wellbeing.

The system is very easy to use and the CPD training is very good for staff.

Great way of keeping all the information in one place. Simple to use

Some of the training isn't relevant to the education sector (ie. does a cookery teacher need to know the temperature food should be stored at in a servery or which colour board to use for fish?) but on the whole, good training.

Excellent customer service

Quick response and resolution of any minor problems Staff very responsive to questions, overall excellent company.

The final question asks what you should do first with a customer who is dissatisfied, you have given the answer as apologise. I selected listen which according to the course is correct, "Listen, apologise, solve, thank" but my response was marked incorrect.

The system is great easy to use and the response times for any amendments or issues from the help desk are excellent

Safesmart was a brilliant system prior to its upgrade. The new system is of no use to us. However if the old system or an identical upgrade was availablewe would return to usig it

Easy to use, convenient place to store all compliance and set reminders for renewals.
