Do not sign up to smartlog unless you like being woken at 4.50 every morning

I hate having to be a user of this product that sees no problem with sending out 2 emails in a row at 4.52 in the morning. I normally leave my notifications on my email to be as responsive as possible to my staff but I now have to change the way I work. I asked to be emailed inside work hours or to be taken off the email list. Nothing was done they clearly could not care less about mine or my staffs wellbeing.
