From start to returning back to London UK, my family experienced a positive enjoyment without losses of money or time.
At Jeddah, we were received by their taxi to drop us at Makkah Hotel to start our Umrah.
We were picked up at Makkah to go to the second stage of our important Umrah ( the spiritual and important pilgrimage of life).
At both Makkah and Madinah, the Masjid Al Haram ( Main Prayer Halls) is in walkable distance and visible and audible range of Azaahn and live Prayers at the most important places of Islam.
Prices were fixed and were very moderate !

Very well managed by Stephen with the captains Jay & Adi.
Jay , in addition to the driving, did some of the management at the borders, hotels, outdoor visits and tour guiding talks !
Overall management by Stephen was exemplary.
It was all safe and peaceful journey throughout happily.
Only bad nightmare part was at the start of the journey to cross the British Channel by Ferry Services.
It was very horrible and delayed by the Ferry. Our health and peace were destroyed beyond doubt.
Star Tours should actually compensate for this crossing by Ferry part of the journey.
At least they should not use this horribly unpredictable Ferry Services - instead they should use the faster smoother decent Euro Channel Tunnel Train transfer of the Bus., even with additional cost to our tickets as an unavoidable cost, in the interests of the health, safety, faster and happier journey overall ❣️🤗
