After receiving an invoice with charges…

After receiving an invoice with charges for late payment Thomas Mills was very helpful when I explained we had set up a direct Debit in July which he confirmed. The matter was dealt with promptly and in a very professional manner. He is a credit to your company as I had been on hold for a very long time before being connected to Thomas so to have a friendly and professional person on the end of the phone was refreshing.
