We recently started using Repricer to…

We recently started using Repricer to help us with our Amazon and ebay selling, and we were immediately impressed with the software's features and functionality. However, we were even more impressed with the level of customer support we received from Kerri.

Kerri was incredibly helpful and patient as she walked us through the onboarding process. She took the time to answer all of our questions, even the ones that were basic or obvious. She also made sure that we understood how to use all of the features of the software.

Following my second conversation with…

Following my second conversation with Kerri, I am eager to express my profound admiration for the exceptional support she has been providing me, as well as the remarkable capabilities of the repricer tool.

Kerri generously extended my trial multiple times due to unforeseen delays in receiving our stock on Amazon. In summary, the service and support I have received from repricer.com surpass all expectations, deserving a rating of 15 out of 10 stars.

Words cannot adequately express my gratitude for the invaluable assistance provided by repricer.com.

Outstanding service, Custom focused and one hell of a piece of kit that does the job amazingly

I have been using Repricer for some months now and hand on heart and have not experienced such positive friendly customer service in my working career, nothing to be much trouble, knowledge and problem solving second to none!  

In all honesty I feel sometimes they are employed by us. They go that far and beyond to get any query answered and nothing is too much trouble.

We have used various repricing software over the past 15 years of selling online and paid a lot higher cost but this piece of software is outstanding!

In addition to this we had some financial issues and the team supported us through this time which I felt overwhelmed by Tara our Ac manager who’s support just shows how much they focus on customer satisfaction  and its not all about the bottom line!

Guys do not waste your time with others I have used most including the top shelf options - this is by far the best on the market

Repricer is one of the slowest programs…

Repricer is one of the slowest programs I've ever used. When you're moving around in the system, it takes 5 times longer because the system is simply slow. They have an integration with Linnworks, but after being on line with their customer service forever, the conclusion is that it is not working.The program is too expensive to not work right. Their eDesk product is amazing, which is why we went with Repricer, but it simply isn't a good product.

Update: After working with our customer service rep, they were able to fix the slowness of the system. They were very responsive to my review and I appreciate that help.

A+ support team

The support team really know what they're talking about. They understood perfectly what I was trying to communicate even though english is not my first language and for the same reason, were able to resolve the issues I was having understanding the way Repricer events work. Highly recomend!
