.Item came and realised it was not what I needed ,I never opened it and it was not damaged,so I contacted them as it says to return contact us which I did ,they replied we normally get back to you within 24 hours but normally same day,a week went by but still no reply so I sent them another email and again still to this day now over two weeks heard nothing,you can’t send anything back until you contact them,don’t buy from them not worth the hassle

Sent me a wrong colour in one of my packs. Since emailing Iv had 1 reply asking which colour it was but nothing had been sent or rectified.

Usually great, despatched 48hrs after purchase only to take a whole week to arrive even though I paid for faster delivery.

No reply to my email enquiry either. My purchase value may have not been an importance as it may be with other orders.

Was requiring some method to attach prosthetics. Knew about spirit gum already so Google searched instead of straight to Amazon. These guy popped up with their product being significantly cheaper and larger than the Amazon alternatives and postage was just as quick. So that’s a big win in my book. Product worked great to. Gluing some large foam ram horns to a face.

While some of the latex designs are great, others look like there from Poundland
