Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed. Applied for a loan for a rent deposit and everything seemed great at first. Then, it all went a bit wrong. The company took ages to process my application. Delay after delay. Said there was a “technical issue” and has to reapply.
Then they declined my application, even though I have a good credit score with Experian. Im still waiting on the Savings application which is now 5/6 weeks ago.
Very poor and substandard service. Especially considering how they pretend they have a high acceptance rate but actually don’t. And then take ages to reply to a simple email. It’s been like 3 days. Substandard service and pretty shocking for a financial company like this!
