It didn't take long for this company to go down hill did it!

I ordered my medication last Tuesday and it's still not been shipped. I asked them what was happening and they said last Friday they would ask the pharmacy to prioritise the order. Still nothing. I messaged them yesterday(Monday) and received an email at about 4pm saying once again they would ask the chemist to prioritise it but still nothing. They emailed today(Tuesday) and said the same thing once again, "we will ask the pharmacy to prioritise it but we can't guarantee anything"

SHOCKINGLY BAD SERVICE.
How can you not guarantee that a paying customer will receive their medication?!!

Every other online service I use is dispatched same day and delivered the next day but not this one!

It's infuriating to pay these prices for much needed medication only to be treated like you don't matter and fed generic lies on an email that they have no intention of honouring.

EU meds are not scammers! My first order was delayed but they re sent the order and it arrived very quickly after the resend. My second order was ordered on Friday and arrived the following Tuesday, no problems! They said they had worked hard to improve things and they did just that. They can't control customs unfortunately and yes, delays did happen, but, I'm not worried about that anymore as I know they will either resend or refund. They are a legitimate business and I will be using them regularly going forward. They have a really good range of medications and you can choose the cheaper just as effective European meds or the branded ones. I've used both types and they do work exactly the same. I wouldn't go elsewhere now. Well done EU meds!

My parcel arrived safely within the stated time frame. There's a very handy tracking option and it shows where the driver is and how many stops, I like that.

I really love this concept and so far I've remembered to take my vitamins every day! Which is definitely a big positive for me. I love the little daily blister and actually look forward to opening it 😊

Delivery is over priced for all free prints products. It also took quite a while to be delivered. Photos are well printed though. The order always goes through promptly so apart from the price maybe the fault is with Royal Mail.

Really good variety of vegetables in each box! Delivery arrives quite late in the day but that's the only thing I can think of that I'd change. Will definitely use again and recommend them to anyone.

Flowers were lovely but for a luxury bunch it could have been slightly bigger.
