I have not used this company before but…

I have not used this company before but they seemed to have just what I was looking for. The planters look lovely in my “new” garden. The height was important, and they had the right size. The product is very smart. They’re now just awaiting the plants and they will look terrific! Delivery via Yodel. I was informed when they would deliver but I knew I would not be home. They did phone me and the goods were left with my neighbour. But on Yodel’s tracker I could see no option to change the delivery date. Apart from that, everything absolutely fine.

I was told the delivery would be on the day I asked for and they came when they said. Admittedly, all the driver had to do was a drop off, but he was nice and I was delighted with my stones!

What a difference

What a difference! I ordered the roller attachment for Henry. I’ve had this model for over 10 years and this part did not come with the accessories. So I’ve muddled on for years with a small brush attachment to hoover a couple of largish rooms. But this larger roller attachment hoovers the carpet brilliantly and in a fraction of the time. Why did I wait so long!

Badly Damaged Parcel

Package arrived via a driver in a shocking state. Totally ripped open. I asked the driver to wait while I checked the condition of the product. Fortunately the product was ok.
But no package should be delivered in such a terrible condition.

A ROGUE COMPANY ?

I ordered a hot tap and accessories for kitchen sink August 7, 2023. Paid £265.95. Goods arrived a few days later. Tap was absolutely huge, and extremely ugly and taller than my mixer tap. (The joys of on line purchasing). So I rang and they didn’t answer. I emailed and after 3 days got a reply from Millie. If I pay £11 they will send a pre paid label and deduct the £11 from the amount I paid and issue a refund, providing the goods are in tact (which they are). I’ve rung twice more to ask about the label and got some rubbish message saying their phones are down and will be fixed 1-2 days.
I’m now taking this matter up with my card provider. I think they are a rogue company. What bona fide company has its phones down for nearly a week!! DON’T TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGEPOLE.

I can see that you have not opened a case with your card provider as a return and refund was actioned within 14days of your request to return the item. We are disappointed at your comments that we are a rogue company. Between 7th August and 5th September You purchased an item, changed your mind and returned it and received a refund all within a 28 day industry standard time frame....
