I have purchased the Rangemaster classic 90 in black and chrome and I am very disappointed with the burner caps as they have a shiny black coating that easily marks. I have had them replaced once and have been informed by customer service to be careful when cleaning them and to only use warm soapy water or put in the dishwasher. I’ve put the front burner cap in the dishwasher as advertised but you can clearly see where bits of the underneath silver costing us shining through. It’s very disappointing to know that they are going to look really tatty in the future and are not up to the job. Rangemaster have said they have had no issues in the last. Has anyone experienced the same thing

Still waiting for my purchase that was posted by the Knutsford store through DPD. Store very unhelpful and still struggling to find out what has happened. Customer services dealing with it atm but they’re still liasing with Knutsford store. Very frustrating. Staff not helpful at all

Just want to thank Joanne in the lighting dept. It’s not often these days that you get 1st class customer service but Joanne certainly ticked all the boxes from being kind and considerate to my disabled mum to giving great advice and helping with all choices of lamps and our ceiling light and numerous shades. Nothing was too much trouble. It’s so nice to come to a lighting dept where the staff have so much experience and cannot help you enough. Such a pleasure to shop. Well done Housing Units and of course Joanne thank you so much you’ve been brilliant.
