Much better response to failed induction hob at last, from Rose. Warranty extended 6 months, & my present pans declared fine to use.

Chris 6042 - superb work. Mended the fault v efficiently, & this his 3rd visit, always cheerful & set my mind at rest on little queries i had.

I bought a Classic induction cooker in Nov 24. Hob went Bang! in April 25. Repaired. Went Bang! again in August 25. Repair on its way. Electrician friends don't seem impressed & recommended ceramic hob by preference for ease & price of repairs in future. Rangemaster tried to tell me my new pans weren't suitable. They were all new, of reputable makes, Othello, Viners etc, & they said they weren't flat & had an 'insert' in the bottom that could reduce the life of the hob, & i should buy Aga ones. The insert is just the brand's imprinted stamp, also indicating that they are suitable for induction hobs. Has there been a rash of these breaking down?
Yes, i am disappointed. I wanted something to last a good few years, had no idea induction hobs could detetiorate. Anyway, shouldnt happen after 5 months, or 8 months. I fear there'll be expensive repairs needed after the guarantee runs out. I hope to be reassured, but wish i'd got the cheaper ceramic hob version.

Charlie & Aaron did a great job updating the consumer unit & wiring up my electric cooker. Very clean neat work, explained everything, nice chaps to have around. The house feels much safer for having them work on it.

Good to deal with, i had queries about the cooker & a real person chatted with me.

The cloth is v high quality, the pattern is soooo amazingly clever, & it's great to support such a worthy cause.

I bought a sofa from Futon Company, as it is a great store for designs that fit in small spaces. Easy to assemble, couldn't be better.
