Really quick delivery and looks sturdy but my puppy batted it once then completely ignored it. Can’t interest him in it no matter what 😕.

Love the range cooker ( purchased via AO ) but not happy that Rangemaster don’t advertise that you have to purchase extension side panels separately if you want the cooker to be freestanding. When I asked them how to buy the panels they sent me a link to a supplier who stated they wouldn’t fit my model. And guess what? They didn’t! Terrible customer service Rangemaster although I do love the range cooker.

Placed order on 16th august before I had read all of the reviews ☹️. It’s now 5th September and still no update re dispatch of the order apart from responses to my numerous emails saying apologies but there’s a delay.

After writing this review they have added a response to say they can’t find my order so can I send details. Funny that as we have been corresponding re the order for at least a week. Come on FunnyFuzzy, get yor act and story straight!

Absolutely cheap and tatty goods arrived nothing like the photos. Had 4 goes to try and sort a refund but they kept offering partial discount off a new order instead. No idea these were in china. They are now telling me to add a very low value to the return as if held up by customs they won’t t accept them!!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Love the cooker but would have been useful to know that you had to buy extension side panels if it wasn’t being fitted in between cupboards and to have the option to buy at the same time!! Or even, as other retailers seem to do, supply them with the oven! Great item though and the fitters were excellent.

Have given 1 star as there is no option for 0!! Scammed my 84 year old mum. Goods ordered and were delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the company. We have contacted them on numerous occasions and no response. To top it off, they had the gall to send her a satisfaction survey!! Now with her bank. DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGEPOLE!!

Lovely, cosy and comfortable cottage in a great location for exploring the area. Parking wasn’t an issue when we were there even though there is no allocated space.

You can clearly hear the sound of the very nearby waterfall / weir from the open windows in the bedrooms but once I realised what it was it was actually quite relaxing!

We would definitely stay at Newkin House again.

Customer services rep on the phone was very helpful, polite and professional. A pleasure to deal with!

This was a follow up visit to rectify an error made by the store and while the situation was eventually resolved satisfactorily it took forever! Computer systems not working, having to wait 15 mins for a manager to submit their PIN, order charging double instead of zero etc. will wait to see if I get the glasses o ordered this time!! Very pleasant assistant though.
