I appreciated how fast Prime Medic responded after I made my initial booking request — the callback was almost immediate, which was great. However, I was quite disappointed with the overall experience.
Despite booking early in the morning, I wasn't able to speak to a doctor until almost 11pm. I was charged around $44 for an earlier call, but the actual consultation was delayed by 1.5 hours from the scheduled time. Also, it’s worth noting that this is not a home visit — no one actually comes to your home; it’s a phone consultation only, which wasn’t clear to me at first.
I hope the service improves in terms of transparency and timing.
The prescription comes to you as a txt message and it was also quick after the consultation.
