Was correct in returning call on time.home visit was offered, however only required a discussion with DR over the phone and script was texted to me. Simple then a follow up text for bulk bill approval simple tick one box pre filled already. Five star staff Joshua reception polite helpful insightful and patient with me. Would and will recommend as first time user. Very happy they bulk bill...100% satisfaction. Would recommend to anyone needing bulk billed.
