I've been trying to contact customer service for two weeks straight and each time I call there are no customer service agents available to take my call.

I absolutely love Klarna!! The representatives respond quickly and they're willing to work with you during financial hardships. I only wish Klarna had longer payment plans like Affirm

I always have a good experience with Clarks. Be it shopping, shipping to customer service.
I'm amazed at the turn around time for shipping also. The orders come so quickly!
My only take away is finding the right size is trial and error so I'm always having to buy, return and repurchase the same shoe in different sizes to find my perfect fit.
For example with the Wallabees. I'm a true size 9 in US women's. I bought a size 9 from the website and my feet were swimming!! I returned for an 8.5 and they were also too big but I kept them and decided to wear thick socks with them. After that I purchased another style of Wallabees and went straight to a size 8 and they're a perfect fit.
I bought sneakers and I found the 8.5 was the perfect fit.
Now I purchased a size 8.5 in 2 styles of Brynn slides thinking Clarks run big..but they were too small!! Repurchased the 9 and they are too small!! So again I'm returning these shoes to purchase 9.5...I love them that much

The representative researched my issue and responded with a clear answer. My issue was resolved immediately.

Everything about this company screams scam but unfortunately I had to learn the hard way. I got hoodwinked with their sale a couple months ago and bought 5 kimonos with 2 of the purchases under the BOGO sale. When I received the items the 1st thing I noticed when I opened the packages was the horrible odor. My whole apartment reaked of this disgusting odor. Then when I started opening the items I was livid to say the least. None of these Kimonos fit like actual kimonos. The arms were short and stuck straight out. There was no flow to the garments, just stiff, smelly, short and boxy.
I immediately returned 4 of the 5 items. It took forever for them to refund 2 of the items and then for weeks to follow I tried contacting them across all their platforms Facebook, Instagram, via email and directly on their website. I knew the messages were being received because Instagram would notify me that the messages were seen but yet they wouldn't respond. I even told them if they're not going to refund me then send the items back to me. Still no response from them. I only wish it was possible for me to attach screenshots here to show how many times I tried contacting them. I went as far as to comment beneath their Instagram posts to warn people and they would remove my comments.
After weeks of fighting with them I spoke with my credit card company and they reversed the charges.
My advice to anyone thinking of purchasing from this website is to run as fast as you can away from them. Try Thaluta brand, they have the most amazing items. Better yet go to Free People and yes their kimonos are more costly but you're paying for quality.
