Great price for such wonderful quality. This is the second one I've bought, as I live on my own it's an ideal size.

Despite having excellent service in the past, my latest experience left a lot to be desired !
I ordered several items over 2 weeks ago and received them promptly. Unfortunately one of my items was broken (a china candle holder) and was also not the colour I ordered.
I have now emailed them 3 times without any response. However, I will not give up and I may think twice before ordering from them again, although I will point out that this is the first order I have placed since they were taken over by The Range.
