I don’t like the new WW eating plan nor did I like the app particularly. Just wasn’t for me. I didn’t think it was straightforward enough.

Should be able to review with no stars.
Worst company I have ever dealt with. Long story short; they lost my son’s switch when it was in for repair. Took months to get a refund and had to email CEO to get a response and reveal my whole medical history before I got it sorted.

I wouldn’t give a star if I didn’t have to. Fake company I think. Ordered a jacket in August 2020. It has not arrived. Was a sponsored add on Facebook so reported there too. I believe they are now trading under Alldayfreshway too. Have raised an issue with PayPal. They do respond to e-mails say it’s in transit, please wait patiently. I think 5 months is more than patient. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. FAKE SCAMMERS!

Wouldn’t even give 1 star if I didn’t have too. Customer service is non existent , they DO NOT respond to call or social media. Will not buy from them again.

Awful company with the worst customer…
Awful company with the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Impossible to contact before and after lockdown. Don’t buy from Currys/PCWirld/Dixons. Same company same dreadful service. CEO team should be ashamed.

Atrocious customer service
Atrocious customer service. Impossible to contact. Lost our item for repair. Had to fight for a refund and it took weeks. Don’t buy for Christmas as they are awful.

Shocking customer service. Lost my son’s switch. Couldn’t get a reply from anyone. They call it Customer Solutions but that is a misnomer! Will never buy from Currys again. Just too much hassle and they don’t deserve my custom. Don’t buy for Christmas as you may well be disappointed.

Do Not Rely on Currys for Christmas
Long story short; purchased Nintendo Switch from Currys PC World in Carlisle in November 2019 for my son’s Christmas along with your insurance policy. Mid-April my son’s Switch left controller is not working. At this time, I was in hospital for treatment for blood cancer, we are in the middle of lockdown so my husband e-mailed the address on the back of the receipt wallet for advice. Eventually he got a reply, “this is an instant replacement item and when the stores reopen, take it back for a replacement”. Excellent, or so we thought. Sometime after stores re-ooened, due to my shielding and ill-health, in mid August we took the item back to our local store in Galashiels, Scotland. No, we were told, “this item has to be repaired, I don’t know why they said that, that is wrong” I don’t know why the said it, but I have it in writing! Weeks pass without contact, so I call the number on the repair docket - can they help, no? Can they put me through to the store, no? an e-mail address, no? You must go to the store to ask if it is ready. A 40 mile round trip for us. My husband begins leaving negative feedback on your Facebook page, lots of oh, sorry to hear that, send me details privately, which he did, no help was forthcoming. This week the local store calls, did you get a voucher, a voucher says I? Oh, we think the repair is taking too long so requested a replacement voucher for you. Monday, my husband gets an e-mail telling him, we are getting a replacement voucher, but there is a waiting list for them?!? Seriously? Furthermore, he writes, you should have asked for a new one at the time! Doh! So insulting and just plain rude. I am hugely concerned that my £325 purchase was a waste of my hard earned cash - I am a Nurse - and we will never see the Switch or the refund.
After sending e-mails to the CEO team, I finally got a refund but it was a fight all the way.

Great customer service - Next Galashiels
I ordered a jacket online. Noticed the lining was separating from the jacket after about 6 times of wearing. I was actually in a cafe in Next when I noticed. Spoke to a sales advisor in store, jacket replaced on the spot without issue. Refund was in my account before I left the store. Great service, polite staff. No issue. Love Next

Terrible company to deal with. Customer service is non existent. Can’t contact by phone; wait for days for response by social media. Lost my son’s Switch - it failed at 4 months old. Blamed everybody bar themselves. Had to fight to get a refund - did eventually but it’s really stressful. Think they hope customers will give up before they have to deal with them. Wouldn’t even give one star if it was an option to give none.
