Good service and fast reply

My package was delayed by a day due to "unforeseen circumstances" which led me to look up Peddler online. I was bombarded by negative reviews which scared me a bit. However, I sent them a mail asking them if they even delivered to my location and before they could even respond, my package was delivered. They also responded within a day, in contrast to what a lot of people here are saying. I had no issues with the delivery and everything went fine, taking into account that I paid alot less than if I had done delivery via a more well known company.

No reaction from customer service

No reaction from customer service. Package has been noted as 'delivered' at neighbours. Neighbours don't have my package. And I believe them as they always take my packages and bring them to me when I am not at home.

Peddler couriers always leave the packages unattended at the entrance of the apartment building where everything's up for grabs for even people who don't live here. Like, what the hell?!

What a horrible service. As you can read the overwhelmingly bad reviews, don't be distracted by the couple few with a 5 star review, they're horrible.

I remember when I started receiving packages with a delivery person from PEDDLER; everything was smooth and orderly!
But after a few months, they started looking like freaks from DPD.
Packages were lost, packages started not arriving, and today I have proof that they're complete idiots!
Are scammers, and charlatans delivering packages again?
On what street was that faggot delivery guy flying at the same time as the Post Office guy, and he couldn't deliver my package, the dombo, and the Post Office guy delivered my package at the same time.
I received a message from both of them almost to the minute, but the postman said that the parcel had been delivered, and like a normal person he rang the doorbell and I opened it and received my parcel!
But the dombo from PEDDLER sent me this message:
“We couldn’t deliver your parcel due to unforeseen circumstances and have scheduled a new delivery.”

Terrible delivery service. They don't inform you when they're coming. They just randomly show up, do 2 random deliver attempts, and then just return your item to sender! Even items that would cleary fit in the letterbox without a problem.
They don't bring it to the nearest parcel pickup point. They don't offer any options, like deliver with neighbours, etc. like EVERY other delivery service. And you can't even contact them. The whole company feels like a borderline scam.

I stopped ordering from certains onine stores just bc Peddler is their chosen delivery service in my country. Would give 0 stars if I could!

Im not at home currently in Spain.
Customer service doesnt respond, you are far by the most S..T corporation that excist, i dont have any good word for this, you cannot longer excist.
I call up all and everyone to make sure Ali in China will not use this compagny to shipp anymore.
The more complains to Ali the faster it will happen that this compagny will learn from there wrong doing.
Contact Ali customer service to explain youre problem and it will soon be done with this garbage compagny.

This is the worst company for…

This is the worst company for delivering goods i have ever seen:

1. They lost one package and never compensate;
2. They rescheduled 2 times one same package and am still waiting to get my package;
3. They said they deliverd one package but i have never received it.

After multiple times to contact them they still didn't solve a single thing..

I recommend al the companies that work with them to just find new companies that can deliver because this is the reason i will never order anymore of a company that works together with Peddler.

Unreliable

This has already happened 2 times and looking at the other reviews it probably won’t be the last time.
How is it possible that you only realize after 24 hours that a delivery is not possible. Lame excuses. Shit Company

Zero stars given! Very frustrating that businesses still use Peddler. This is not the first time everything is wrong about their so-called service.
This company is unprofessional, incompetent and unreachable. No adequate communication possible and no response. Packages were delivered three times during the day at times when Peddler should have known I wouldn't be home. I informed them by email. And now my business orders are being returned to sender. Too much time wasted and potentially money lost due to this company's stupidity and inability to cooperate.
