The worst courier experience I've ever…
The worst courier experience I've ever had. They have my (high priority) parcel at their depot like many days now and I've been sending them emails daily to ask when it's gonna be delivered and they send back some automated emails every day like "it's gonna be delivered today before 14.00" and off course nothing has been delivered. If you can avoid them for your own good just do it, they are so unorganized and they are trying to avoid any responsibility and human interaction
So unprofessional, that's too bad.
