Clearly presented advice with very beneficial offers…

The advice given was clearly presented over the phone. The documents received by email were clear to follow and understand. The prices offered were extremely favourable and reduced my outgoings significantly. Being English with limited French it was good to be able to discuss the important details of the service with clear understanding. Also, it is good to learn that there is a phone contact number for their customers which may save queueing so long.

Simply a very good company!

Excellent WhatsApp chat with Adnane who provided everything I needed (and it was a lot), including a new fixed offer for the next 12 months which I've accepted. Very happy with the service over the last year (joined as a new customer when I moved to France from the UK) and look forward to more of the same in the years to come.
