Support is slow & data export glitches
Data export can take DAYS if you get it at all.
Parsio are based in Europe so can't provide support for their product outside of European hours.
If your not in Europe this means your issues can go unresolved for more than 1 business day.
The scraping itself works, but is let down by the data export limitations.
I don't find the UIs to be intuitive. I found it challenging to find instructions and when you do try the Google Sheets integration a lot of duplicate effort is needed to get to work.
Absolute scammers
Absolute scammers. Sold me a lifetime deal and then said they weren't honouring it anymore.
I wouldn't use this even if it were half the price of a rival service. I sincerely hope they go under.
Untrustworthy Company thankfully Obsolete to LLMs and Chat GPT.
When Parsio was starting out they offered lifetime Deals to get users on board. I purchased and spent hours trying to get a solution to get invoices from a variety of sources including simple ones like Amazon to work and it couldn't. I spent time trying to work on solutions emailing the founder back and forth eventually with no real solution that worked. I was resigned to it not working so I shelved it in hopes that it would improve in a few months.
Imagine my surprise when I found out the founder deleted all lifetime deal accounts. I cant log in and have lost access to some of the documents I had stored.
So, if you want to trust your information to a company that will delete your account with your business and personal invoices Choose Parsio.io ! For the sane amongst you, find a competitor or use local gpt solution. Thankfully ai technology has rapidly improved rendering this company obsolete.
Completely fraudulent "lifetime" deal…
Completely fraudulent "lifetime" deal by Parsio (AKA Parsio.io) They launched it, knowing darn well they were expected to hold up their end of the bargain. And then they come out and basically say they've grown SO MUCH that they can't handle our LTD accounts anymore. I remember when LTD users were appreciated for giving a SaaS a much needed initial injection of cash. It sucks when LTD's go out of business, but it's wild to be like thanks for supporting us when we needed it the most, now buzz off.
BTW, it's cute they renamed this page from Parsio to "Deleted Profile" 😂 They are trying their hardest with hopes this page won't rank on Google. To any users reading this, I would highly recommend editing your review to make sure to add the Parsio name into it... Lets make sure this page isn't forgotten about 😊
Untrustworthy, Scammers
Untrustworthy, scamming company. They offered Lifetime deals and after 3 years told these customers they now have to pay a monthly subscription or have their accounts deleted. How can you trust a company like this? There are plenty of alternative companies that offer a more reliable service and, more importantly, you can trust them.
SCAMMERS!!
SCAMMERS!!! Not a trustworthy company. A founder scammed all LTD users from all his products.
Scam company.
Scam company.
Update: Parsio wants us to keep doing business with them after they threw us under the bus. They present this pathetic offer as fair and just. All that is, is a twisted spin on reality they are trying to make.
They have deleted all our accounts. I cant even login. They dont reply on email however they reply on reviews on Trustpilot almost instantly. Also they are actively trying to flag reviews to get them deleted.
Business is all about trust.
If you cant trust them, dont do business with them. I can tell you for certain that you cant trust the people behind Parsio.

Scammers take care
I had an LTD license of parsio that I have bought with them. Now they want to stripe my paid license. How can you trust a company like that?

They are not trustwothy and a scammer
They are not trustwothy and a scammer. They dod not fulfill their promise to lifetime deal customers and force us to pay 30$. They do not honor their customers who had trusted them when they were a start up. They knew that lifetime deal will not bring any income in long term and they promised people willingly. Now they obligate their new rules to people by non rationale and over tone explanation. You can see their robotic one way dictation in their answers below to reviews.

All trust has left the building...
I bought the Parsio app that was offered as a Lifetime deal on AppSumo. I am saddened to see the developer of this product not honor the terms of the purchase by removing access for the lifetime users. For that I will have to give this application a 1 star, and would strongly dissuade anyone from subscribing to this application. All trust has left the building...

Not to be trusted
As others have posted already, they sold a lifetime deal plan that they later decided unilaterally to cancel.
They're excuse for costs doesn't really stand. They also canceled accounts that never used Parsio, all without notice. I haven't used their service in over a year. I tried to log in today and it seems the account was deleted (login wouldn't work, password reset didn't send any email).
My guess, they just deleted inactive accounts and hoped it would fly under the radar. No notice was ever sent.
If you need an email parser, I recommend finding a different, trustworthy solution.

Misleading "Lifetime Deal" and Poor Customer Service
Update: Hours after posting the below review, I was surprisingly sent an email stating how impacted they were by feedback (I assume they hoped no one would notice what they did) and offered a one-time use credit package good for 60 days. No apology, no fault admitted...let this business lesson in bad rapport and how to damage your professional reputation be a warning for other owners out there.
I purchased a "Lifetime Deal Tier 3" plan from Parsio in 2022, which I believed would provide lifetime access to their service. However, in February 2025, I was suddenly informed that my plan would become "obsolete" and that I needed to migrate to a paid monthly subscription or downgrade to a free plan.
Key issues:
1. Misrepresentation of "Lifetime Deal": The company later claimed that the "lifetime deal officially lasts 1 year," which is contradictory, misleading, and not based on the terms of service on purchase of the LTD.
2. Poor communication: No prior notice was given about the plan changes. When questioned, the support representative claimed an email was sent "yesterday," despite my confirming I receive their emails regularly.
3. Account access issues: I was unable to log in to my account, and instead of addressing this, the support team kept insisting I use the "Forgot Password" feature or create a new account.
4. Inconsistent information: The support representative gave conflicting information about the status of my account, at times saying it was active and at others saying it was marked as "lost."
5. Lack of accountability: When pressed about the changes to the agreed-upon terms, the company deflected responsibility to AppSumo, through whom I originally purchased the deal.
6. Forced migration: Despite my repeated requests to honor the original agreement, the company insisted on migrating me to a new paid plan or a free plan with reduced features.
The company's handling of this situation demonstrates a lack of respect for customer agreements and poor customer service.
Potential customers should be wary of any "lifetime" deals offered by this company and carefully review all terms before purchasing any of their paid plans.

Not a trustworthy company
Lifetime deal owners are being forced to buy a monthly plan or their accounts will be deactivated. Not a trustworthy company.

Buyer Beware: Broken Promises and Months of Silence
I'm very disappointed with Parsio. I want to warn others. My email parsing stopped working months ago. I found the problem when I tried to set up new automations. I shouldn't have to check a supposedly automated tool. Many users have had this issue for many months.
Parsio blames their email service provider. They say early lifetime deal subscribers (like me) use the same provider as free users. This excuse isn't good enough. If the email provider is bad, they made a poor choice. Also, they promised "all future Parsio updates" in the lifetime deal. They broke that promise. They treat early supporters like free users after we paid them.
Their customer support keeps getting worse. They told me to disable email forwarding. I already tried that. It didn't work.
They don't seem to know who paid for their product. They ignore real concerns. This experience is frustrating and unacceptable. I suggest avoiding this company and their products. They need to be honest and fix these problems.

Disrespectful and useless
Founder is disrespectful and do not care about users. Deactivating accounts of initial users. Avoid this tool at all cost.

Untrustworthy business
Untrustworthy business. They offered lifetime deals and are now upset that people have been using the service for 3 years. If they break their terms on lifetime they should refund the money originally paid at the very least. They launched a lifetime deal and likely brought in revenue needed at the time. What else are they going to do in the future, if they can't keep promises. I wouldn't trust this company at all. Horrible and unethical practices.

Important: Action Required to Maximize Your Exit Strategy
TL;DR
- We purchased the AppSumo deal in March 2022 and have endured it ever since
- Due to consistent service degradation and broken promises, maintaining trust is no longer sustainable
- To keep using basic features that were promised lifetime access to, they want $30/month
- Accounts will be terminated starting February 24th because "sustainability"
Why This Change?
First, thank you for being transparent about how quickly a "lifetime" deal can expire! We've come a long way since the AppSumo launch, removing features and degrading service based on your profit margins.
However, some things have changed:
- Email deliverability issues – A few months in, users reported that the core service simply stopped working. - To "fix" this, Parsio integrated a "premium email service." Offering working features to "lifetime users" would apparently make the company unstable, so they introduced "paid add-ons" which partially solved the issue they created.
- AI-powered excuses: Later, they launched "AI and LLM-powered features" while basic functionality remained broken. Since working email parsing wasn't part of the original AppSumo deal vision, they couldn't offer it without additional fees.
These changes left users with two versions of Parsio: what we paid for and what we actually got.
As they prepare for a "potential acquisition," they need to "streamline their plans" to keep things profitable and sustainable (for them).
What's Next?
Instead of honoring commitments or fixing the basic service, they're offering "a special opportunity":
Convert your lifetime purchase into a monthly subscription - how generous!
Get "full access" to features that should have worked in the first place.
Enjoy "premium support," just like you were promised originally.
How to Keep Your Account Active
Add your credit card because apparently "lifetime" means "until we need more money"
Reply to their email so they can "take care" of your lifetime deal
Accounts that aren't updated will be progressively removed starting February 24th, proving once and for all what "lifetime" really means.
---
EDIT 19/02 after your "reply" :
First, thank you for demonstrating your mathematical prowess in calculating hypothetical savings! However, some clarification is needed:
Service Reality - Our experience is that the platform was functional for approximately 6 months, not 3.5 years. Email parsing became unreliable in September 2022, making your cost-saving calculations as reliable as your email delivery.
Hidden Costs: Your calculations conveniently ignore the real cost for your users :
Time invested in learning the platform
Hours spent troubleshooting non-delivering emails
Manual data fixes when automation failed
Mental cost of wondering if each email actually made it through
Cost of alternative reliable solutions we had to maintain
Instead of addressing individual concerns, the generic response under every negative review here really showcases your commitment to customer satisfaction!
The sad reality is that you had a great product but instead of (over)delivering, to get happy customers willing to spend more with your business...
You went the opposite way and ruined their experience, plus the reputation of parsio with it.

Update + Response: When you sell something you should honer it a lifetime deal means a lifetime deal you can't out of the blue delete my account without notification, you tell me I got 3.5years and 5K+ $ (VERY EXPENSIVE tool!!) value out of Parsio I tell you I never used it but planned on using it. So where is my value my value is in you don't suddenly remove all LTD accounts you sold because you did only make money one time that was part of your initial agreement.
If AI cost are the problem let LTD holders bring their own API. You don't intend on finding solutions but rather just delete peoples accounts and data or force them to pay you.
This tool should be avoided together with Airparser (same tool developer, only different name) and use automation software or SaaS from different provider like Zapier..

If you can't trust a company...why integrate them into your tech stack?
If you can't trust a company, you cant trust them.
I also purchased a lifetime deal from appsumo only to be told that in order to prepare for acquisition (aka need more revenue to be sold) they need to discontinue my plan and I can upgrade for $30/mo.
If they can't take care of their founding members and early users that took them to where they are, they don't deserve business. The product itself was OK but also changed immediately after my purchase and "new features' were not available to us which is understandable.
But discontinuing the agreed to service without the offer of a refund or other options, just "pay us more" just reiterates the character and future of this company. Buyer beware.
Edit to reply to parsio.io reply: A form reply (copied and pasted) to all of your dissatisfied customers here only solidifies my experience. Parsio.io offered the LIFETIME deal. Expecting to have you honor that seems reasonable as it was titled a LIFETIME license. The "take it or leave it" approach here is telling. Other options should be made available IMO.
