Bought 3 shirts over a year ago, 2 didn't fit even though went with their size chart, 3rd. didn't look anything like it did online. Contacted them to send back, finally got an address & did so. Of course, never received a refund, no matter how many times I emailed them. Contacted Clothtop earlier this year when realized same company. Get same lame email each time I contact. Check & make sure any online clothing retailer you may deal with isn't affiliated with them, you'll probably get ripped off

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE DISHONEST. THEY ARE EVER SO NICE ADVISING THEY WILL REFUND YOUR MONEY BUT THEY DONT. I LOST $85. AND BY THE LOOK OF THESE REVIEWS I WASNT THE ONLY ONE. DONT DO IT, MAKE THEM CLOSE THEIR DOORS.

They never refund. Scam business. Been waiting for months for a refund. Never respond to my emails correctly, just an automated reply every time. Don’t use them, you also pay to resend items to Hong Kong. Crooks.

2 of the 3 products received did not even slightly match the description or photo on the site. One top with a value of $30 had the hem and sleeves cut with scissors. I am embarrassed that I ever made the purchase. The 3 item never arrived. DO NO PURCHASE. Lucky for paypal protection I can get a full refund. This site is disgusting and should not be allowed to trade.

I Tried to order from Onlyyo. I buy a cute long dress for me and it's wow because the fabric is so soft. It fits to me perfectly and I highly recommended to buy from onlyyo especially there dresses..Cute designs and very unique designs😊

I rate Onlyyo 5 star, because the maxi dress that I received was perfect my daughter loves it, I bought this for her 18th birthday and she likes it :) I ordered the dress last 2 weeks ago and it came on time

DO NOT order from this company! I've been waiting months for my REFUND. THEY WILL NOT SEND REFUNDS! I'm calling the BBB on them! Dishonest!

This is super cute lace top shirt. I ordered my my size a large and it fit like expected. It would be long enough to wear with leggings. The arm holes are not loose and I would say it would be best to wear for any occasion. I'm going to order one in every color. I love the texture since the materials is very soft and lightweight and perfect for any season.

I have not ordered from this company but if it is from China than it is probably associated...if not the same company.... that is under many names!! I have bought from a couple other ones that advertise the same clothing & prices. I was so DISAPPOINTED & mad!! 1st of all it takes WEEKS to get your order & the sizing is ridiculously off!! An XL blouse is a small size. You don't have a return address & even if you do it cost way too much to send it back!! I'm just speaking from my own experience!! PLEASE BEWARE!!!

We strongly recommend NOT using OnlyYo. It is a shady company if not a scam. We returned 3 articles on April 03, 2019 (out the 4 that we ordered) because they did not fit/didn't look good on me. It took forever to obtain a return address; we suspect that they really have no one who represents them in the USA. Since April 03, 2019 we are still awaiting reimbursement, despite multiple emails. In each of their answers since then they stated that it would take about 14 days for the reimbursement to be done. In the latest answer, June 19, 2019 the excuse is that it is an "international transaction." We have never heard of an international transaction that takes 11 weeks!

Worst customer experience ever. My package took 3 months to deliver and the customer service was not helpful in any way.

I haven't purchased anything but reading the reviews, I definitely won't. The reviews posted that are positive all seem to be written by the same person. So.. I really would be very careful.

Their products are nothing like the images you see, they are poor quality, incorrect sizing and not worth a dollar let alone the prices they charge you for it. They also will not accept returns via DHL, FedEX, UPS or any other reputable carrier as then it would be difficult for them to claim they didn't receive the items. They are completely fraudulent so be warned and warn everyone else not to use them.

I will be returning the items but like many others who have posted will not hold my breath for a refund.

Value for my money is exactly what I got! I consider myself to be among that group of people who it takes the very best of something in order to get impressed but welcome to Onlyyo where this is not an issue.

Good keep it up this work. We need this kind of service level 👍🏻. Its been amazing experience.

Hello everybody!

I really want to warn you urgently about this company: onlyyo!
The advertising of this fashion company from China appears on many websites. So I fell for it too!

Please do not order from this company!

At first you get the impression that it was an American fashion company! That is not the case - the goods come from China!

1. The clothes have the worst quality, I have ever seen! Absolutely cheap goods! And almost everything is too small!

2. The pieces come in umpteen partial deliveries (from China!) and are delivered after the order and payment has been placed at the earliest after approx. 3 - 4 weeks.

The worst thing, however, is that the company does not provide return labels on its website. Onlyyo simply doesn't expect you to return anything! I had to send various e-mails to get a return address at all, etc.
I was advised to give the things I don't want to keep to good friends or relatives! Because the return to China is very expensive!
Onlyyo does not accept the following carriers: DHL, FedEx, UPS. But there are no other German carriers!
Fact is, you have to send back the things you don't want to keep at your own expense! For me it was 47,- Euro for an insured package!

Now I have been waiting for more than three weeks for the parcel, which has arrived in the destination country, to be delivered. But obviously it can't be delivered to the given address! And Onlyyo asks me for a little more patience! They wated me to send the shipping receipt again, which of course I sent by e-mail four weeks ago!

It's the most incredible thing that ever happened to me!

Be warned against ONLYYO!!! And pass this warning on to everyone you know who could buy clothes on the Internet!
