It is obviously impossible to email AliExpress, I tried the contact in vain. So I posted in trustpilot a complaint about their Company Yang 3C Store and to my surprise aliexpress reacted with "Re: AliExpress Query about Order ID 3047855180911664" and wanted to see the issue to help, but answered I got what I ordered, which is not true at all, so no refund. It is so simple: the shop didnt send the article according to their description. I sent a protest to aliexpress but no answer yet.

They are thieves !!!!

A had one of the most uncomfortable and no sense situation of my life . I was at the gate for my flight from Hamburg to London with Eurowings. A really young Blond and Hysterical German boy, stopp me in a very arrongant way after I already passed the pass and ticket control at the gate. I almost was inside , I was not understanding why he was doing like this I just had come from Zurich with the same backpack. He talk that my journey was ended there. ( we all know how uncomfortable is to hear such a bad thing). So he wanted me to make the same uncomfortable thing that he was used to do whenever he wanted, to fit my backpack inside the form. And of couscous he won for 3 cm. How could I explain to an hysteric young German boy, that is not about the shape but is about the volume that you bring with you. So if I wanted to delay the flight ( that was already in delay, I should have take out everything and put it inside that box.but because I am a gentleman I pay 50 euro , I paid with discomfort and with honour.
I can’t believe how bad those people are for the image of EuroWings wich I will never choose anymore to flight with.

I also jumped into this criminals... ordered some shoes,, they said leather.. first of all it took 6 weeks to deliver, the packet came from Aliexpress, I paid nearly 100EUR for them, but at Aliexpress 20EUR... it was not leather but plastic, wrong colour and quality is criminal!

This company purposely lies to customers, telling them they’re based in USA when asked. I warned people on Facebook not to order from them, and the company blocked me from being able to comment further on any of their posts.

This whole webshop and its 'service' is a big scam. Their customer service consists of automated replies, without offering a solution for the very poor quality products they are delivering. They do not take any responsibility in case of damage or faulty objects. The products absolutely do not match the pictures! Very misleading and when you contact them for a refund, they simply deny this and stop replying if you point out their legal obligations by EU consumer law. The DMCA 'security certificate' which is showed on the website is a FAKE! When you click on it, it shows a green screen on which is advertised that their certificate is legitimate, but once you start digging it turns out that they are not DMCA certified at all. Reporting this does not make them improve service. This webshop is merely set up to mislead people into buying overpriced and very low quality products, without a physical address to return the items to if desired. The items are sent directly from China; there are much better alternatives such as AliExpress and even Wish to obtain these items, without paying 10x their value. DO NOT FALL FOR THE NICE PICTURES ON THE WEBSHOP !!!

horrible shop!!!Never buy there! they send wrong items and tell that this is right!!!They dont return money and dont answer your emails with proper solutions, only some robots answer you all time.If you want to lose your money, to get wrong artickle and to be nervous than you can buy in this shop!!!Terrible attitude and service. Try to avoid it to be safe!!!!
