I have heard in the past that courier services are slow or that quality is not good, I personally have not had any issues. You just have to be smart about what you order in terms of fabric.

The communication and order method was very simple. I recomend others to buy from this supplier. I love this company

they have excellent customer service. I think it's time to upgrade my wardrobe now. Now that I know this store works well, I will make many more purchases.

This store is great, I really like the style that they handle in the store, the quality is very good and the price is accessible, I think that their service is quite good, the shipments arrive fast and without problems, and the clothes are super interesting to low price, I think it's great.

The WORST on-line shopping experience ever - every item ordered inferior quality - sent everything back to the company in Feb 2019 - it is now May 9th and they claim they never received the parcel. Total RIP OFF.

The quality is quite poor—at least the items that I bought from onlyyo.com. Different color, cheap fabric, poorly constructed. Returned items. After three weeks I contacted them and they said they “have not seen it.” Sent them verification of delivery from over a week before, and THEN they found it. I’ve contacted them multiple times, and still no refund at all after two months since they received the returns. They have really cool looking pictures and models. But the clothing is not like the pics.

If 0 stars they should be given that . Items not here for 1.5 months after I placed an order. If they do not refund me I will any way raise a disputed transaction with the bank and the bank can claim it Back from them. They are just 1 big a$$ cheaters!

I sure they are the same people as Berrylook.com who also “claims” to sell women’s clothing.

Very bad ! Very poorly made ! Definitely stay away . Please don’t waste your money it’s not worth money , had to put straight in bin . I didn’t want to give one star but had to to write this review. This company needs closing down .

When it looks to good to be true it usually is..never order anything from these Korean/Asian run sweat shops. the sizing is Korean/Asian and returns are non existent as they will make you pay for the shipping charges which can cost hundreds of dollars So happy i read all these terrible reviews to cement my suspicions, just another scam company from a third world country out to steal from hard working honest people. I saw their ads on Kijiji of all places, same concept and maybe company as Rosegal, they just change the name when people catch on to their scams...BEWARE and buy CANADIAN!!

I have been waiting for my order for 19 days now and every time i send an email you come back saying in a language that to me cannot be considered grammatical English that it is being processed. I would like my monies back.

I can't get through to you by email. You sent me an email saying my order is shipped but there is only 3 items on the list. I paid for 4. The stripped play suit is not on the list. My order number is 24419032246. Can you please advise me on this by return email

one star is too good for this fraudstore. it is related to Liligal and stay away from both. they will take your money and you will get items 6 wks later you never ordered. wrong size. unfinished seams - really unfinished! buttons broken off. shoulder padding sewn to middle of arm. won't guarantee their work. get a coupon from them to buy more!!!!! if you want to loose your money - go ahead and buy from them. you won't get what you ordered.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The service is shocking, the goods that did arrive took over 2 months to arrive, the rest are still not dispatched. The clothes look nothing like the photos. The sizes are so small they wouldn't fit my 14 year old. The fabrics are cheap and tacky. Asking for a full refund

This company is a scam, do not order from them. I would have given them 0 stars but that was not available.

The clothes are cheap knock-off, incorrect descriptions, cheap fabric or yarn, poor sewing or incompletely finished garments. Still waiting for a refund for three items I ordered two months ago.

PayPal hasn't done anything about it, shame on them for allowing such a scam merchant into the program.

It took over 3 months to receive my order which looks nothing like the picture on the website apart from similiar colours and patterns. I ordered 2 sweaters. The quality is very poor with see through fabric, the wrong size, bad stitchwork and no care labels. Customer care was very poor where I was told "there could be some slight differences between the picture and the real item due to various lighting conditions and photo taking techniques". I have not received a refund as of yet.

Omg its been 3 months now i did a order ive been told ill get it in 10 business days but unfortunately i didntvreceivr anything and no pne contact me to let me know whats going on please dont buy from them guys

scam company. jacket came unfinished (seams open, buttons missing, etc), totally wrong size - fit for a 2 yr old not ladies medium. tried to contact them they would only give coupon for more appalling excuses for unfinished and useless items or $10 back on a $100 bad order.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THEY ARE A FRAUD.
ROGERS MEDIA WAS ALLOWING THEM TO ADVERTISE. EXTREMELY FRAUDULENT

Total crap clothes! Have purchased items from other sites that were decent to good but this site offers total crap clothes, quality sucks and you need to order up at least 5 sizes. Never again Onlyyo!!!
