DO NOT TOUCH NOKIA!!!
I would strongly advise people DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES buy a Nokia Phone. I foolishly bought a Nokia 7 Plus. WITHIN MONTHS the phone would not charge and I had to send it to Hungary and wait two weeks. 8 months later the same fault. Off to Hungary again. A year later the SAME FAULT. They do not guarantee repairs it seems and use cheap materials. DO NOT TOUCH THIS LYING, CHEATING COMPANY

Order a phone online
Order a phone online, four days later still no delivery.
I contacted them to ask for an update, was told it will be delivered in the next few days.
5 minutes later received a cancelation email.
Do not buy Nokia phone..
Do not buy Nokia phone... Its not that Nokia we know... I ordered brand new Nokia phone from Nokia website with 30 days warranty... I used the phone but didn't like it so I tried to return it within first 17 days... Guess what no reply from Nokia.. At last I gave up.. I will personally never going to buy from Nokia.
DO NOT BUY ANY NOKIA
I have had a Nokia 7 - Charging port faulty after 9weeks.
Foolishly bought a Nokia 9 pureview - firstly charging port goes (KNOWN fault across the brand) the. The camera app stopped working with NO update yep no update. I want to swear so hard right now. DO NOT BUY A NOKIA, they are not the same company from back in the day!
well done
I was very sceptic, when I saw all of those bad reviews.
Anyway, my phone came back from service 7 working days after being posted (middle of COVID). All faults fixed, really had a feeling than I am recieving a brand new device.
Good bye Nokia
I bought a Nokia 7 Plus when it was new and thought I get a reliable european phone, but it turned out cheap parts where used for the USB port and it couldnt be charged after 1.5 years.
The warrant was still valid so I sent it to Hungary for repair service, but instead of fixing the phone they charged me 250€ for a new display and said it was broken and they couldnt remove it to fix the USB port.
Thats as much as the newer and better Nokia 7.2 costs right now. Plus the display wasnt broken at all, they just said so.
Discussing with the service chats in India and Ukraine didnt work so I now have an unchargeable phone which they refuse to repair unless I buy a new display costing as much as a new phone.
HMD Global basically owns the name Nokia but as the service centers are bought services in India and whereever they is no corporate identify and no will to satisfy the customer. That was my first and last Nokia.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Trying to get a refund, constant chasing from my side. I have been waiting 29 days now since I sent the item back. Waste of time and effort!
Awful customer service and breach their…
Awful customer service and breach their own terms and conditions. I bought a Nokia 800 Tough and when received it wasn't of good quality so decided to send it back within the 14 day return policy. Nokia state in their terms and conditions that refunds will happen in 5-7 business days. I am still waiting after 15 business days and have heard nothing. The 24/7 chat fob you off and tell you to be patient! Emails do the same thing and there is no other way of contacting them. The website gives no phone number or address to make enquiries in the UK. Now seeking refund through credit card. Awful company. Steer clear of direct purchase from this company. Used to be good, but not any longer.
Thiefs and Fraudsters.
I wish I read these reviews prior to ordering. Purchased a Nokia 5.3 3 weeks ago. Item arrived but its faulty. Took them 2 weeks to arrange for it to be picked up, sending me the wrong dates twice so I lost 2 days work. Another 2 weeks have passed, still no refund and despite 5 messages to their Customer Dont Care Dept I have had zero response.
I choose Nokia due to my fond memories of their phones from yesterday year....now they have my money and have the faulty handset and don't care.
I have seen some terrible customer support in the past, Nokia takes the prize for the worst.
To all future buyers, don't touch this company with a barge pole, you will regret it.
Theft or fraud Nokia, what do you call it? You take my money, send me faulty goods, get the goods returned (eventually) dont refund my money and then ignore my emails.
Hang your head in shame. You are an absolute disgrace.
Really bad customer service
Really bad customer service. What's the point in having a 2 year warranty if the phone a 7.1 developes a fault within 8 months. Charging port wouldn't allow phone to charge anymore so took it back to phone shop and had it sent away only for them to pass the blame to me saying I broke it by being forcfull which is rubbish oh ya They were willing to repare it under warranty for 95 pound. Unbelievable I will never buy another Nokia and never recommend to anyone else avoid these jokers
Nokia is still great.
Just had my Nokia 6.1
repaired under warrantee.
Service I received was excellent.
Phone was picked up at my home and returned to my home after 5 days virus free!

I used to love nokia phones so when…
I used to love nokia phones so when they re launched I had to have one. I bought a 5.1 and have been reasonably happy with it though it is a bit slow. I've had it 18 months now and the battery is far past it's best, it runs down in a few hours even when not in use and I've cut down on the aps to the minimum I can manage with. I didn't realise when I first bought it that the battery was not removable (replaceable by me) I wouldn't have bought it had I realised but had to learn to live with it ,but what I do remember from the blurb was there boast of having accredited service outlets in the UK. So, I thought, time for a new battery. After searching I couldn't find any official Nokia service centres so (this from memory so not word for word) I contacted Nokia asking please tell me where I can get my battery changed. Reply- please give your IMEI to us. I did this. Reply -Please follow this link and send us your phone to see what the problem is. I replied, there is no problem, I just need a new battery fitted. Reply - Please follow the link and we will check your battery to find out what the problem is, your phone is still in warranty. Me - There is no problem, the battery is 18 months old and no longer stays charged long enough for my use, I would like to have a new battery fitted. Reply - We do not sell batteries to the public, please follow the link and send your phone for service.
I should add at this point that I know that if I send them my phone they almost certainly will not agree that the battery is no longer working properly and they will just send it back after who knows how many days/weeks.
Anyway, I replied - I did not ask to buy a battery, I asked to have a battery fitted, it drains and turns the phone off in a few hours. Not staying charged long enough for my use. I will pay to have it done I'm not bothered about warranty.
This exchange went on a few more times until I got fed up and started asking for details of their complaints procedures. I have so far asked three times but still no answer.
I never dreamt that this company Nokia who I had so much respect for in the past would behave this way. I simply want a battery fitted irregardless of whether anyone else thinks I need one, the phone no longer stays charged for long enough for my purposes. I don't want to lose use of my phone only to have it sent back in the same state just because my battery stays charged for as long as they think an 18 month old battery should. It is very inconvenient for me as it is.
I will never again buy a phone with non replaceable batteries and I will certainly never buy a Nokia again. In the past I used two batteries and switched them half way through the day and besides, having non self replaceable batteries is such a bad idea because you just know that people will get so used to it they will just replace the phone, not very green eh !
Customer Support is awful
I bought a Nokia 800 Tough in November 2019. I've sent it to the repair centre twice in the 5 months I've owned it. It's meant to be a tough phone!?
Now attempting to send it away for the third time but due to the board being replaced last time, the new IMEI number isn't set up on the system properly so I can't send it away.
I got in touch with Nokia 25 days ago and still they have not offered a resolution.
Granted, Covid-19 will be having an impact but my emails are being ignored and questions are being totally evaded whilst operatives tell me someone will be in touch soon.
2 recorded letters to their London office requesting a refund due to their flouting of Consumer Rights have also been ignored.

Nokiaaaaaa where is my earbuds????
People avoid Nokia shop online!!!
nokia are really really bad
nokia are really really poor to deal with, absolutely no direct number to ring , very poor help, choose any brand, but nokia dont say i didnt warn you they really are that bad
Phone won't charge unless restarted
Phone won't charge unless restarted. sent in for warranty repair in perfect condition. Was quoted for a new screen as has damage. Screen was perfect and not a scratch. They clearly don't want to fix the problem. Customer service don't want to comment on the technicians findings.
Great phone when it works but unfortunately won't be supporting them anymore and I would definitely recommend nobody ever does. The warranty is a scam and they will just try and dodge responsibility with anything they can dream up.
Please stay well away and let that brand go down in history.
If I could give 0 I would
If I could give 0 I would. A mobile phone provider to be avoided. Purchased a Nokia 8 which kept restarting. Sent for repair and on both occasions nothing was done. Unfortunately when it was returned the second time the screen was smashed. It was sent off again and a new screen and motherboard added. This took ages in a blatant attempt to run down the warranty which worked. Phone was returned even more damaged and low and behold still restarting randomly. Have made multiple formal complaints which have been ignored. I wouldn't touch another Nokia with a barge pole and will be urging everyone I know to do the same. Disgraceful and not what I expected from this Company.
The worst customer service ever
The worst customer service ever. I purchased a Nokia 8 last year and it has had ongoing issues. I have had to send it back for "repair" three times only for the fault to re-occur. Their "Customer Care" respond initially and then go silent and do not respond to emails. I have not heard from them for over a week despite sending several emails.
Clearly their phones are of such poor quality and they are over-run with customer complaints.
it is such a shame as you expect a company like Nokia to be so much better than this. I used to hold the Nokia brand in high regard, I will be switching brand.
Avoid at all cost
Had a Nokia 7+ as a upgrade through carphone warehouse October 2018 and had issues from the start with phone not connecting to WIFI and headphone jack not working - then had problems with phone not charging or charging very slowly so returned to the service centre in Hungary - they sent the handset back advising that it was unrepairable as it had suffered liquid damage ?? So if you are considering buying a Nokia phone I recommend you look elsewhere
