Beto is honestly such an inspiring trainer! He makes every workout fun and keeps me motivated even on days I don’t feel like training. He’s easy to talk to, really listens, and always adjusts things to fit my level. I’ve made great progress thanks to him and actually enjoy working out now!
Excellent Mywowfit: 1-on-1 virtual personal training service
I am impressed with Jasmin's virtual personal training service. She's knowledgeable and professional. I enjoy the variety of workouts she introduces during my sessions which makes me enjoy what I do and to remain engaged during my sessions. Jasmin has aided in improving my posture through encouraging me to work on my form during the exercises. Through her excellent services I was able to understand how my heart rate works during exercises. She is also patient and kind which makes me comfortable to be trained by her.
I would recommend her services to anyone regardless of your fitness goals and levels.

Jo is just Different from anyone else I've previously worked with. She listened to what I wanted to achieve and what I suggested. I've been training with Jo Scheller through Mywowfit for over a year now and it's life-changing. I've definitely become more fit, lost weight, gained muscle. Training with her is highly motivating and she customizes the exercises to exactly what you need, and truly works with you to meet your goals. WowFit gave me back my life
I want to thank you for your help this year to get back to fitness after a serious illness. Jo Scheller's help as my personal trainer over the last ten months or so has been absolutely essential to me, and I could not have recovered my health so rapidly and fully without her inspirational help. I am now fully recovered and I am able once again to function normally and enjoy life. The change in my health has been remarkable - my cardiovascular health is massively improved, my strength has a least doubled if not more, and my mobility and flexibility is now back to reasonable levels. MyWowFit and Charley Cosper
I have been working with Charley Cosper for the past few months now through MyWowFit and he has been a great trainer to work with! Charley really takes the time to understands what your fitness goals and creates different routines based on the goals. The convenience of having a trainer online to help with my workouts at home has been amazing. He even takes the time to create a diet plan to go with the workout plans!
I would recommend Charley to be anyone new starting to get into working out and even other trainers looking to take to the next step like he does.

I see results!
Shashi is the perfect trainer for me. She’s available early in the morning before I start work and she’s extremely knowledgeable. I’m so happy with our sessions since she really helped me get back in to fitness after a long break due to an injury. I haven’t felt this good in years and after 15 sessions I’m seeing more progress than I’d have expected. My arms and legs are showing definition where there wasn’t any before!

Charley Cosper has the right combination of patience and enthusiasm to get a beginner to commit to regular exersize. My experience with him has been great.
I don't know that much about exercise or fitness. I can't evaluate Charley on the technical aspects, of what we are doing together, but he makes me feel like I can keep exercise and building strength and getting better, and I'm already noticing improvements in my energy, sleep and mood.
So I'll continue using and lying for this service for a long time, and it's mostly to do with Charley's ability to meet me where I am, and make the whole thing seem kinda fun (even though I hate exercise and hadn't done it since I was a child)

Milica is great trainer, I love her sessions! She is patient and motivating and gives me energy for my day ahead! Mywowfit is excellent platform, I don’t have to drive, I train from my room, it’s easy and accessible.
Ramy ...my yoga intructor choice
I was skeptical on the whole yoga thing at first but i have bad sciatica so i thought lets give it a try ....Ramy is no doubt expert in field , knowlegable and effective. Sciatica gone reduced at least 80 % in the first session. Ramy is precise , intuitive and gentle .She has tremendous yoga knowledge and can impart that knowledge and technique brillianty....definitely go with RAMY !

Ramy with Mywowfit is the best
Since last September I have been working wit Ramy on Mywowfit. These sessions with Ramy has made a huge difference in my mobility and confidence. Ramy is so patient and kind, she plans sessions that challenge me but is careful to guide me, avoiding injury and gaining strength. I really believe that these sessions will keep me mobile where before I was not sure I would be able to continue my yoga sessions. Her motivation and encouragement keep me going.
