Effective, Practical, and Life-Enhancing Training with Beto

Training with Beto through MyWowFit has been a fantastic experience! He knows exactly how to design workouts that are both effective and practical. One of the best things about his training is that you don’t need fancy equipment—he can guide you using just your body weight and regular stuff at home. His exercises are super useful for daily tasks, making movements easier and more natural in everyday life. Plus, his training helps increase flexibility and strength, making a real difference in how you feel and move. Highly recommend him!

Fee payment and Biometric Problem

First I want to thank you for providing an opportunity to express any opinion here. I hope to place a useful one.
The process is clear and it is not my first time in VFS office so I can compare this experience with previous ones.
The reception was polite, the officer who received our document was completely reasonable and professional.
There are two places I am confused with:
1. The visa fee was 80 Euros and the amount of VFS fee was mentioned in my application to pay 25 Euros more for VFS services. But I paid 120 Euros in total. In the receipt mentioned that I paid 80 Euros for Visa and 40 Euros for VFS services. No one explain me why I am paying 15 Euros more.
2. After payment my wife and I waited for biometric for about one hour and 40 minutes. We asked the security about the waiting time. We did not intend to interrupt the biometric officer job but when we asked him, he told us that he must called our number before, and did not tell us what to do next. We waited more and more then we asked for their supervisor but they send us to reception to get another number. He did not call us after that too. We asked the reception again. This process took us almost two hours. Finally he called our first number.
I understand it might be a system malfunction or maybe we just missed the call (which I doubt because we were in waiting room all the time), but the behavior of biometric officer was not professional and appropriate at all. Why do we have to wait almost two hours for this service? Is there any supervision in VFS office to solve this problems like this?
For these two reasons I am not satisfied with the service I get. I hope for better service next time.
