AVOID ORDERING UNLESS YOU CAN BE AT THE PROPERTY 24 HOURS A DAY
I ordered drawers and before ordering I messaged their Facebook page to confirm that I would be on holiday from the 10th December onwards and needed the delivery before that, the person on Facebook confirmed that I would receive it before 10th. The following day I was sent an email with a delivery date of 14th December, I emailed back to explain I was going on holiday and needed it before this date, they then changed it to 8th December without even checking if this worked for me. I responded that the 8th was fine but that I had an appointment at 6pm, to which they responded that they would make a note that I require an early delivery.
On 6th December I received an email and text to say my order would arrive on 8th December between 6:50-9:50am: so I woke up in the early hours of the morning to travel to the property as I don’t live there and after tracking the driver at 9:50am they was still 10 stops away from my address. After emailing them 4 times I finally got a response just before 5pm saying that the driver will be with me around 5:30pm, which I responded that as discussed before I ordered I would not be home at that time as I had an appointment. I asked them to wait until 6:30 when my partner would be at the property, I felt this was a reasonable response considering all of the issues I already had. I received no response to this email, my partner waited at the property until 8:45pm before needing to leave.
Basically unless you have time to wait around for a whole week so that they can turn up whenever they feel like, don’t bother ordering.
