I couldn’t get my order placed on line
I couldn’t get my order placed on line. I was ordering a few different items and it wouldn’t let me go back for the next item I was ordering after checking the first item. I tried to use the “contact us” to place my order but it kept saying I needed to use their business hours to place an order. I was finally able to get ahold of someone but it still took about an hour to place my order. My total time spent on trying to place this order was 2 hours. It should never take that long to place an order for 4 different items! The person on the phone did not seem to know how to place the order and kept asking the same questions over and over! I will never order any of your products again and will not recommend you to anyone I know!

The extenders I ordered by model and…
The extenders I ordered by model and year did not fit my vehicle. When I contacted the company for a return, they had me send a picture of the buckle and replaced the extenders with a different type that worked perfectly.
