This is my first time trying this brand and I’m absolutely delighted with the clothes that I’ve bought and the quality and the fit, unfortunately for me I ordered three separate packages and I’m not realising that I would have to send them back to separately, due to being disabled and suffering with mental health conditions I contacted the customer service team and they were absolutely brilliant understood everything I said and done everything in their power to help me they have arranged for me to send back the stuff that was too tight all in one parcel rather than me stressing out and getting an anxiety attack about how I’m gonna send back three packages this might be simple to some but someone with bipolar can really rock your day
Not only that I contact them on Instagram they were brilliant, but also I dealt with a woman called Lauren on email and she really was brilliant at her job and Customer Service was through the roof. She’s an asset to the Team I’ve now sent it all off in one parcel and they’ve made it super easy for me. Thank you so much for the wonderful new style and clothes that I’ve got now I can enjoy my birthday on holiday without stressing, taking three parcels back. Just wanted to say thank you again Lauren. Hope you get to see this message and I’m so grateful that I got you as a Customer Service agent means the world to me.

Ordered a small order £150 ish on 29/07/25 that never arrived for a holiday - never arrived so asked for a refund - was told i could have a replacement or gift card but no refund, back and fourth and they are still 'investigating' it months later to try get my money back.

Decent quality, sizes are off, postage and return cost extortionate!
The quality of the clothing is good, the sizing is off though, which is where the problem lies. I ordered 2 pairs of the same trouser in different colours, but the waist size was off, (the 32 actually measure as 34) so I ordered them both again in a smaller size (30, which fitted me perfect), I deciding to keep one of the 4 items.
The total I paid in postage to get the 2 orders was: £7.98
I then returned 3 out of the 4 items, but they would not allow me to send them together, so I had to pay the return postage fees of £5.49 twice.
The total return postage was: £10.98
In total for one pair of trousers I paid £18.96 in postage.
If you don't care too much about the fit, or you know the MAUVIS sizes well, this gear is really nice and worth your money, if you do care about the fit and you haven't tried their sizing before, be very cautious, because the chances are, you'll end up paying an extortionate amount in postage and returns for some gear that doesn't fit.
The cost of the returns and postage from MAUVIS suddenly makes any purchase from them an expensive gamble, get it right and you're winning, get it wrong, and like me, you would have paid them a lot of money for the pleasure of finding out you probably should have stuck with ASOS.
