Stay away - chinese & no respect of consumer rights
Bought some lamps from the website. Outside the fact that the pictures do not reflect the quality (look great on picture but you just get poor chinese quality), they arrived broken. No decent packaging, nothing to really protect them.
I sent pictures right away, after 6 or 7 mails (where they claim that customer service is important, customer is king,...) I get their best offer : 30% refund and 40% off next buy... I want to return and get refund, but they seem to bypass consumer rights - I should be the one paying for a return according to them... if someone can explain why ? It's almost theft.
Oh, one more thing, they will probably reply to this comment that they are very sorry to hear this and that I should contact them. I have been mailing them, forth and back, for more than a week now.
A decent customer service would say "OK we send you a return sticker and we refund or replace, very sorry". I don't think Lunellda business will last very long.
I'm annoyed that I was stupid enough to give it a shot. Just stay away from them ; it's money thrown out of the window.
