Great quality shirts. Good material and cuts. Had purchased some in the past and have not shrunk with cold wash and air dry.

My new favorite black t shirts! Great quality, they feel buttery soft and the black shirts don’t fade in the wash.

I’m so impressed with the quality of these shirts. They are really comfortable and look super flattering. I hope they come out with more colors because I’m obsessed with the way they look on my husband.

The business aspect was great. They answered my question promptly and my order got delivered in a timely manner. Will definitely order again

Shirts are not the quality advertised and smelled like chemicals when they arrived. Reached out twice to return with zero response. Waste of money

Really like the material it’s very breathable

The ordering, shipping, and receiving process was easy and smooth. The shirts did not fit, whatsoever, though. I ordered an XL (as I always do for polo shirts) but the length was too long and the body fit so much tighter than expected. Returning the shirts doesn't seem viable at this point, as I would assume XXL replacements would be even longer (I am only 5'6").

Tried one on and knew it was the tits. I can wear toi work then happy hour and basically anywhere. I will be ordering more soon.

I’m going to exchange the items for a large. I put in my husband‘s measurements and it was severely off as it said to order an extra large and that is clearly not his size at 6’4” and 190 pounds. I’m hesitant about the large.

No updates on shipment
Shipment is taking a lot of time

Improvement needed in communication regarding the order. I was worried that the order was not being processed and would not be delivered on time. I had no communication from the time the order was placed until the package was delivered. Other companies leave messages as to: "Order being processed"; "Order leaving warehouse"; "Out for delivery", "Will be delivered on (DAte); Order delivered. During this hectic time of keeping track of orders made by me, those additional messages were great, and I could notify the recipient of the gift to be on the lookout for the package.
Your product is great; it is just the communication that needs to be improved.

The shirts are a five star. Getting the correct product I ordered has been a zero star. I still do not have the color and size I ordered. I have been sent the wrong size and color twice.

It’s been more than two weeks and I haven’t received my package

Despite their "five business day guarantee," Lukachari still lists my almost month-old order as "processing." They have not responded to any emails to the supprt -at-lukachari.com address. They have sent me two review requests to talk about how much I love the shirt I never received. Now I have to file a dispute with my credit card company. What a pain. They flood my social media accounts with ads, but are a total failure when it comes to simple customer service. They might have a great product, but they're a disaster.

I love these shirts. I had bought them as a gift for my husband, but tried one on and refused to give them to him. They are stylish and crazy comfortable and really don’t get smelly. So now we are re ordering for him and also for our young adult children.

Had hesitated on ordering and Alex reached out and asked if he could help. After a fee back and forth messages, I decided to trust what he was saying about the t-shirt so I orders a three pack. When I received them, I was truly shocked at just how soft they are. Alex did not lead me in the wrong direction. When the hoodie showed up on my radar it was no surprise that I took a look at it and wasn’t sure if it was as soft and comfortable as the shirts. Alex reached out again and after a few more back and forth messages he advised that the material was just as the t-shirt. That’s what did it for me, a hoodie for all kinds of weather that would feel so soft against my skin. I can’t wait for it to arrive. I so appreciate the great customer sevice that I received during the process of both orders. Looking forward to them coming out with a Vneck t-shirt in the future!!! If you’re at all on the fence about ordering these shirts or hoodies, jump off and order, you most definitely will not be disappointed!!!
