We love these buttery soft pjs! We love getting matching pjs for Christmas every year and these pjs have been my favorite.

Really really poor quality! Would not buy again.

Quality of product was very poor. Not soft as it was described. Return policy is ridiculous with the steps required. NOT a hassle free return.

Extremely happy!!! This is my third year buying from Merryreindeers and ended up buying two sets of Christmas pajamas for each of my 7 grandkids. I love the patterns, how soft they are, and how well they photograph for the grandkids yearly pajama pictures! I have a grandson with sensory issues and he wears them all the time, all year! The shipping was quick this year and customer service was very helpful when I needed to add another pair to my order. I strongly recommend this company!!

When I needed to return part of my order, they were very helpful by supplying me with the different size that was necessary.

I originally posted a negative review due to costumer service issues. After posting my review, customer service contacted me and fixed the issue. Therefore I updated my review to reflect my newest experience with them.

My daughter and her husband got matching jammies from merry reindeers for Christmas 2024. They said they were super soft and comfy. I’m excited to have been able to get some jammies for their new little baby to match them for 2025!

The quality is excellent—even the kids’ sets are well-made with no loose threads or smells. Our three kids absolutely loved them and wanted to wear them every night. That’s how you know it’s a winner!

A total scam - avoid at all costs. Sells counterfit goods and ignores all messages trying to resolve. It was a while ago now but I ordered a hoodie for my daughter for Christmas - supposedly a Pink Palm Puff - clearly not.....she was so disappointed and I spent a lot of money on it and have since been trying to rectify but no success. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Title: Scam – No Delivery, No Refund, No Customer Service!

I placed an order (#1104) with Merry Reindeers on 18th November 2024, expecting my item to be delivered in time for Christmas. However, despite their tracking claim, I never received my parcel!

I have contacted their customer service multiple times since December 2024, and they have been completely unhelpful—ignoring my refund request and insisting that the order was delivered, despite me never receiving it.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I am entitled to a full refund when goods are not received. Merry Reindeers’ refusal to provide a refund or a proper resolution is unacceptable and legally questionable. I have now issued a final legal demand and will escalate this case to Trading Standards, my bank for a chargeback, and the Small Claims Court if necessary.

This company cannot be trusted—avoid at all costs! If you have had a similar experience, report them and consider legal action.

We ordered Christmas pjs for the whole family the beginning of December 2024. It’s now February 2025 and I still haven’t received them. I messaged customer and they said they would look into it the beginning of January 2025 and never heard back.

UPDATE: 7 months after I posted my review I received a reply, but no resolution to my inquiry. Please stay away.

Purchased matching Christmas pajamas and they did not fit. The 12-18 months measured at 18-24 months. I've been reaching out to customer service for months trying to return them and they do not respond. If you choose to buy from a China based company, be prepared to not receive a response and just go direct with your bank to get your money back. Save yourself the hassle

Cheap knock off of a Dandy Hoody. Described as oversized so ordered a small. Would have been oversized on a child but mot a size small adult. They are not a UK based company but they use the .co.uk website address across their website giving the impression from UK. Goods come from China, delivery takes ages. Lack of tracking and very slow to respond to emails. Was offered a partial refund which I had to chase. Poor customer service and poor quality clothing.

The fabric was very thin and they didn’t fit like the picture. When I went to return them it was located in China and would cost more then $300 to return. They would not respond to my email asking for a return label. Keep it in the US. Don’t waste your money on this company.

I was able to find exactly what I was looking for here. Although it was on sale and I got free shipping I happened to find it cheaper elsewhere. I had already purchased and paid for my order from Merryreindeers when I found my items cheaper elsewhere. I reached out to Merryreindeers and asked if my order could be canceled. They were quick to respond and told me that the order had been canceled. Because I had already goven my credit card information and made the purchase they easily could have said too bad. I was pleasantly surprised when that was not the case! Despite this time me finding what I was looking for cheaper elsewhere because of this experience with Merryreindeers I will most definitely look into purchasing with them again!

Took 4 weeks to receive

I ordered a pink palm puff hoodie for my daughter. The quality is shocking. I honestly thought I was ordering from the UK it came from China. The customer service is appalling, to get a refund I have to pay postage and send to China. This was not a cheap item, and I have a very upset daughter. One star more like zero. AVOID at all cost.

If I could leave zero stars I would!!
Ordered a pink palm puff hoody and joggers for my daughter. Worst quality ever. Obviously a scam website and I’ve been had. Spent £75 and am furious. Emailed them with no answer! Avoid at all costs!!!
