Scam site.
Same company as Europe-audio.
Do not order from them. They only have advance payment and will not state any delivery time, won't reply to email and won't deliver any of the ordered products.

Why is this SCAM company still allowed to operate?

It is over a year ago I placed an order with Loudspeakerfreaks and paid, still no delivery and zero responses to emails and their telephone is never answered.

Surely there are laws to stop this fraud even in Holland!

Total scam. Made an order in July 2019, took my money but no goods, no money back or any response on emails.

STAY AWAY!!

My order is pending from June 2018 for above 400 Euro - it is above year.
I have proposition to take one lawyer (spend money together) but we need one person from Netherlands! What do you think?

I just received my order , I felt very un easy after reading other reviews but everything was in perfect order, 24 days from order to receiving the package. Is the best price around also. The communication could use some improvement

Stay away from them. No items no money back

Ordered in Nov. Now at the end of Feb: no product, no money, no answer to several Emails. Scam, stay away.

I've been scammed out of 800€ by them. Never fulfilled my order, never answered any emails.

On the 22nd of October 2018, I have ordered some tweeters for 300EUR plus shipping. After exactly three months I went to my bank (Intesa), and applied for a refund. After seventeen days I got back every single cent.

I ordered speakers in 1000 Euro value, 4 months ago and didn't received them till this moment !!! No answer to my emails or phone. I made a complaint to European consumer and they are looking into this - hope to get my money back :(

I have ordered a pair of speakers on 20th of October 2018 and payed with credit card. The items were marked with back-order expected arrival within 8-10 days. After a month I started to ask of my order's status. Similar to others, I did not received any answer. I have tried to call them several times, they didn't answer. I have sent more then 10 emails, I even sent a cancellation but they didn't react on that either, and my order status on their website was still the same, Pending, on back-order. Then I turned to the bank an asked them to withdraw the payment. I have sent them the mail thread where the cancellation was also shown. Luckily they managed to get my money back, and the order was cancelled on their website.

Warning! This is scam website. After 3 months nothing delivered. Lost 100 euro's, never answers emails, no refunds, nothing.

This webshop is fake! You can not trust them. You order, you pay and then: NOTHING! You don't get what you ordered and they do not answer any E-mail's. Money down the drain!

I Ordered few days ago, the money was withdrawn, paypal wasn't an option !
I Sent several email, tried to phone several time and never got an answer...

Ordered 18" ultimax in JANUARY 2018, still havent shipped. Paid with money transfer straight to their account. DO NOT DO THIS, you will lose your money and never get the product. I have contacted the shop atleast 20 times, 1 reply, which didnt answer at my problem at all!!

I also contacted the finnish consumer protection agency, and they contacted the netherland division, hoping to get some news soon...

Order a single speaker unit. However, after placing the order the delivery time was indicated to be more than two weeks, and I wanted to cancel the order. I did this via e-mail (since there is no option on the webpage) but got no reply. Wrote to them one more time again without reply. Money has been withdrawn from my account. Now just about 4 weeks later the order status has been changed to "shipped".

No way to contact them via phone.

I have placed some serious orders at the past to this shop and they were delivered in reasonable time.
However my last order of 500euros was placed on 19th of July and so far (almost 3 months later) is not executed.
I have written at least for 4 emails and called twice, seeking for info

No response at all.

I am afraid that I will not get the already paid goods.

One month later and i have not received my order, there is no ETA and they have not replied on emails either. AVOID
