Ordered 18" ultimax in JANUARY 2018, still havent shipped. Paid with money transfer straight to their account. DO NOT DO THIS, you will lose your money and never get the product. I have contacted the shop atleast 20 times, 1 reply, which didnt answer at my problem at all!!

I also contacted the finnish consumer protection agency, and they contacted the netherland division, hoping to get some news soon...
