Don't trust them

The declare that items not in stock will be delivered in less than 5 days (Shipping <5 days) but it's not true, I waited almost one month! I contacted their customer service for this reason but after some email they answered me that they have spent two hours of their time try to solve my problems, and consequentely wasting money. Very rude and unpolite.
They aslo don't calculate the shipping cost in the final payment process, so apparently it's free shipping. This means that they appear cheaper than the competitors(this was the reason why I decided to buy from them) but in the end they sent me an email asking me to pay extra money for the delivery if I wanted to receive the items.
They are not serious, stay away

Ordered for 12,- of stuff, expected to be shipped international for free. On our B2C page is stated that we calculate 5,50 for international small orders. Our websoftware had a single "glitch" in 18 years and forgot to add this 5,50 charge just a single time. All was solved with the customer, yet still this single bad review, why?
