Delayed order but finally got my money back
I have ordered a pair of speakers on 20th of October 2018 and payed with credit card. The items were marked with back-order expected arrival within 8-10 days. After a month I started to ask of my order's status. Similar to others, I did not received any answer. I have tried to call them several times, they didn't answer. I have sent more then 10 emails, I even sent a cancellation but they didn't react on that either, and my order status on their website was still the same, Pending, on back-order. Then I turned to the bank an asked them to withdraw the payment. I have sent them the mail thread where the cancellation was also shown. Luckily they managed to get my money back, and the order was cancelled on their website.
