Worst experience with this immoral…

Worst experience with this immoral company. Misold insurance when I was skready covered by manufacturers guarantee. Then I was still left to buy and fit my own bulb for an oven light that lasted half a dozen uses.

Disaster

Ordered tv and broadband spoke to a lovely lady who got it all arranged and to be set up 3 February. Today 30 January got a text telling me they’ll connect me on 13 February. Spent hours n the phone trying to find out why the date changed etc. apparently the order got ‘stuck’ between bt and open reach for 10 days and this was how I found out. Needless to say I told them what to do with their tv and broadband. Would not recommend.

Dreadful company

Doubled their insurance renewal when there was no change to the details in the last year. Had a system problem which automatically refused me monthly payments and questioned my credit rating which I might add is excellent. Was promised £30 by way of compensation for the numerous phone calls I’d to make and still 2 weeks later no compensation or notes taken about the agreed compensation. Still ongoing

Slow delivery

Ordered the item two weeks ago and still waiting. They did make contact to say it was due to how busy they were with their sale but I see no reason for such a delay. I can’t properly review the trek as I still haven’t got it.

Duvet

Ordered a duvet on line for click and collect. Was never sent a confirmation email from Harry corry head office so had no idea of when it was ready to be collected or an order number.

****** further to their response below I asked for a copy of this email to be sent to me and they didn’t. They responded avoiding sending it but then said they noticed a spelling mistake in it. I asked again for them to forward the email with the mistake and again they responded that they weren’t sure if the mistake was mine or theirs but didn’t send the email. I would say before they responded to my review they should have checked it out first.
