The ordering process is simple and quick. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong item and contacted Chester from customer service, whom was extremely helpful in changing my order.

The company informed me when the item was shipped out. They also gave me a tracking number.

Dainty was helpful and explained the return policy process, was able to create the order for me and all I had to do was complete the order.
