This company is great!!!

This company is great! I had a problem with my products where it came to me defective and by me getting in contact with a representative over the phone. They were able to rectify the situation and send me out a new item. I will say it’s better to contact them over the phone versus try to send an email because for some reason the emails don’t get taken care of in a timely manner. But other than that, this company is great and their products are really good as well. Will definitely continue to order products from them.

Leave this website in a hurry!

I recently made a purchase of the electronic shock pads and the sweat tanks. The tank tops were way smaller than advertised and the shock pads hardly gave a pulse even with brand new batteries. The pads that are included are said to last for 40 uses and within moments of applying them for the first time, the pads were falling off. I called customer service to let them know that their products did not work and I wasn’t even given an apology. They asked if I wanted to send them back and I said yes. They said they would send me information for a return that I ended up having to pay $24 for. I called customer service back and expressed that I should not have to pay to ship back faulty products and again I did not get an apology. I was just told they are going to back their return policy. I would steer clear of anybody that does not stand behind their products. These were very cheaply made, and clearly did not work. Companies like this often times pay for their reviews so consumer beware. These guys don’t care about you. They just want to charge you for junk.
