Most of the time the fare are not same price when you ready to buy it.

The site looks good but it keeps changing to French when I want to read in English so quite frustrating really otherwise the site is good

There was no option to convert from French to English. Had there been, I would have completed my transaction. Consequently, I had to visit a travel agent to make my reservations.

I found that searching for flight was not very flexible in relation to the time I expected to be away.. Maybe 10,15,20...days..it all depended on cost... But I couldn't see how to input this flexibility.. Maybe it's just I didn't know how to use. Compared with Skyscanner I found Kayak system complicated. Sorry!

A good and reasonably comprehensive search site. Relatively fast and easy to use, allows searching up to +/- 3 days which is very helpful and a good range of tools for filtering the search results.

I liked the easy to use interface, clear matrix of prices against departure/return dates, clear indication of airline in the list of options (already ordered).

I like the ease of setting up alerts.

I like that the URL clearly represents the search, and so can be bookmarked, even modified directly

... oh and it provided me the best prices I've found yet !!

I made a mistake by revising my trave destinations, i quickly called LASMINUTES imforming them about my mistakes and asking if they could be of help on rectifying the errors, he said yes but called back few minutes later to inform me that i need to pay extra 700€ before is can be revised. I refused to pay the 1100£ (pounces) he proposed, but i told him to canceal the reservation, so that i can start all-over, when i asked how much that will cost me, first he said 0€, but he later called me back to say it will cost me 30€, i said no problem, only for me to receive an emaill saying that they will repay me back 539€!; while i initially paid 604€. So it means he told me 30€ but he eventually withheld 63€ from my money, without properly informing me during our severals phone conversation.
