Unreliable!
Unreliable! The first order was ok though it did take more than four weeks to deliver. The second order is a disgrace. Two weeks after placing it, I received an email saying the pharmacy providing the medication was out of stock and they could not provide an expected re-stock date. Nearly a month later my order is still "in process"

We apologize that we were unable to adequately meet your prescription need as the specific item you required was in short supply or unavailable. Most current shortages are due to manufacturing and supply chain distribution issues over which we have no control and which have been widely reported in the media. We do have readily available the vast majority of products but we do understand that it is frustrating when the one you need is shorted.
We have sent regular newsletters reminding customers that some basic essential medications have been in short supply for more than a year and to order in advance as this gives us more time to procure what might be difficult to source inventory.
Our regular emails and call center provide updates to keep the customer informed of the order status. An order remains “in process” as we continue attempting to source shorted products until it is sourced for you. We are encouraging customers to keep their orders active and in the queue since the limited pharmaceutical supply for shorted items is allocated to customers on a first-come-first-served basis and it may be quite some time before worldwide drug supply systems return to normal.
We would like to personally address your concern further, however, as TrustPilot does not recognize your review to be from a “verified” customer, we are unable to locate you in our system.
