We ordered a $2000 dresser from them. It took over a month to arrive and when it did three of the drawers didn’t open. So we rejected it and got a refund but. Other than an apology they did absolutely nothing to try to rectify the situation. It was basically “too bad so sad” I wouldn’t do business with them again.
Return Shipping Fees are Very High
I purchased three expensive sconce lights - almost $100 each. Upon arrival the quality was not great - looked cheap in my opinion - and the color was nothing like "oil rubbed bronze". Only when I went to return them did I learn that I was responsible for return shipping (my fault for not researching better in advance). That would have been ok, actually, but they don't give you the option to return them UPS; they decide what it will cost to return them via Fedex, and deduct that from your return. For three SMALL sconce lights that didn't weigh two pounds each, they charged me $46 for return shipping. I do not plan to buy anything from this company again, would you?

Have used Joss and Main (Wayfair) twice and both time the items arrived damaged (shipped by FedEX). The first time they replaced the item quickly. The second time I asked for a refund (after dealing with 4 different Indian support people. You start a thread on chat and the next person doesn't read the thread and asks you the same questions again. NEVER AGAIN. I have dropped them.

Horrible customer service! Scam return policy. I returned my items in the original packaging with fed ex tracking. The company received my return and issued a credit, then days later they emailed me stating the items were not returned / received and they were REVERSING the credit! They charged my credit card again!!! Unbelievable! All
items were returned and received with proof of fed ex tracking. You cannot reach anyone in their “resolutions management “ team. Total scam. Worst company. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. This is despicable!!!
Ordered, delivered, then it all goes wrong
Ordered sectional outdoor furniture- on delivery we found that the item was damaged and not aligned correctly. Replacement parts were ordered- great.
Email a few days later received saying that the items were no longer available.
So we are left with no other alternative - we start the returm process.
This, be warned, is ridiculous.
No help in packaging, complete disregard to us as customers, we had to put an almighty amount of effort into sorting the return, to then be told we have to pay for the postage costs !!
Then once the items have been received back and checked - we then have to wait up to 5 days for the credit.
0% customer service and 0% chance of me ever using Joss and Main or any part of the Wayfair empire again.
A total shocking experience and I cannot stress enough how bad these companies are.
Terrible Terrible
Terrible Terrible. Bought a Rockport Lamp that lasted less than 6 months. Reached out to their support and was informed there is nothing they can do as it's outside the eligible exchange time. You would think for $400 lamp they'd at least stand behind their products.

I purchased their classic white porcelain set, and it is simply timeless. The pieces are elegantly shaped, and they elevate every meal, whether it’s a simple family dinner or a festive gathering. I love how the simple design allows me to pair them with various table settings and centerpieces. They are also surprisingly lightweight yet incredibly durable. I have received numerous compliments from guests who are intrigued by the beautiful simplicity of the crockery. I truly believe this collection will be a staple in my home for years to come!

I ordered a loveseat from Joss and Main on Saturday the 24th of November. It went on sale on the 29th of November. I called and asked them if I could get their sale price and they said “No, that is not our policy. Very disappointed in them.
Customer service is the worst
Customer service is the worst! They first ask for your S.S. to be said out loud! As an account verification! They then tranfer you to people who can't speak English! It's hard to understand. They asked for my phone number, which I did, clearly confirmed the phone number, then says, can't send a verification number. Then, I request through email, no, is not a form of verification (WHAT) to move forward, asked for my banking information! (NO WAY!) I asked for a Manager. Guess what? (NO MANAGERS WORKING ON WEEKENDS) WOW JUST WOW.

DO NOT order anything from Joss & Main. This is the second (out of 2 tries) of negative experiences I've had with a Wayfair company. I spent almost $10,000 on the purchase of patio furniture. The first piece of this order arrived on time but the 2 sofas and 2 chairs that I ordered were supposed to arrive before the 4th of July. It's July 9th and still nothing, no update, no information whatsoever but their customer service dept said that they were investigating it. I called again today to cancel this order. Apparently, these pieces have been out of stock for quite some time with no plan whatsoever as to when they would be in stock. Meanwhile, they've charged my AMEX $10k that I am trying to get reversed. Lastly, to add insult to injury, the coffee table that did arrive was of such poor quality, I decided to return it. At first I was told that this item was not eligible for returns. Mind you that no where ever did it say it could not be returned and in fact it said it could. I called again and was able to get them to take it back which they finally did however, I just say that they charged me a $200 return shipping charge that no on ever mentioned. So to summarize, I spent $200 on patio furniture that never arrived and I was not provided any update that this would be the case. Never again. Stay away from Joss & Main and Wayfair!

Joss and Main sells their furniture under other names at a much lower price. I ordered the Quincy dresser from Wayfair for $820 (sale price). It was the same price at Joss and Main who makes it. When the dresser arrived, it had a tag on it that said "Lorna." I looked up Lorna dresser and at least six other retailers sold it for at least $200 less. I called Joss and Main and the customer service rep was cold and rude and said there was nothing I could do. I am sure their customer service reps are used to these types of calls. Needless to say, I will pay more for any other brand other than Joss and Main and I will never shop at Wayfair again. My refund price for the dresser was $83 less because of shipping.
Please please please avoid
Please please please avoid. I ordered a ceramic planter. It got damaged during transit. Twice. Every time instead of them doing the right thing and sending me one, I had to contact them, spend 30-60 mins of Kafka-esque discussions like "what was wrong with the item" ? "Can you return the original and we will refund you", "When did you receive the item" etc etc. Still waiting for my refund for my non delivered planter

DO NOT Order from Joss and Main. Initially they ordered incorrect couches for me; even after getting the order cancelled they still shipped it to my home. New couch came with no legs. and now even if they want the parts cant come through as the 3rd party does not have them.

On March 3, 2024, I placed an order for an Easter present for my wife. I received an email confirming my order and was charged on my credit card. The email said the item would be delivered on March 7, 2024. Later in the month, I realized that the order never arrived. On March 21st, I spoke to Paula who assured me my order would be received on March 27th in time for Easter. I called agin on March 29th to ask where my order was only to learn it had not been shipped. I called again today April 1st, only to learn again it had not been shipped. Easter has passed, it's almost a month later and still no truthful feedback.

Customer service terrible
Customer service terrible. Value is questionable. I was just about to place an order for a mirror ($930) and saw there was a code for discount of 15%, which made me happy! It didn't work, so I went on chat for help. They said it was for "select items only", but that was not stated on the landing page. The agent sent a scren shot of the tiniest tiny burred words that stated that the discount was for select items only. As a return customer, I asked if there was anything they could do to discount me even a little bit. They said no. I proceeded to shop elsewhere, found this mirror on several other sites for less money AND was offered a discount from 2 other sites. I saved myself about $125, Joss and Main lost a customer forever. Even when I went back to chat to share my feedback, they really could care less. Don't bother shopping at Joss and Main. There are so many other sites out there!!
Bought Defictive Christmas Tree
Bought a Christmas Tree on sale in September. Assembled the 9 foot tree and found the center section didn’t light up. Bulb holder ripped out and in bottom of the box. Asked for help(new center section, replacement anything). Answer from joss and main sorry you should have put the tree up in September. A 9 foot tree up in the front room. It’s out of warranty sorry $370.00 down the drain. Don’t buy from them they just sell second party junk

Our less than 8 mo old picture fell off the wall due to a fault in the frame where the preset hangers were drilled.
Joss and Main declined to remedy the situation (they are still selling this product) because I didn’t buy “protection”. None appears to be offered on this product but who buys protection on art that hangs on the wall?
